This neighbor about had enough with this abandoned home that nobody is doing anything to. The trees, grass, weeds, and everything else is growing and crawling over into his yard. He told me that he was about to go over there and attempt to clean it up with his push mower. I told him that I would be more than willing to help him clean it up, and make the property less of a headache.

And I am so happy you make a great attempt to wear your mask for protection of your respiratory system. I was a registered nurse for 30 years and I can't tell you the damage I have seen from people thinking it was "nothing" not to wear a mask to protect themselves. Well done. The thing that is noticeable is the health hazard of breathing in the dust when doing lawns that have sparse spots and are dry. Great that you are aware of the health hazard and take precautions.
