I know you are adamant that artists should not be promoting their songs before they come out due to the fact that they will lose so many of the people that were interested when they discovered the song, in the process. this makes a ton of sense to me. However I was wondering what you think about Benson Boone and his strategy. He does very well promoting his songs before he releases them getting everyone hyped for release day in the process. Do you think there comes a point where this strategy would ever be effective? Perhaps once you have a large following? Anyways as for me im sticking to your strategy but I was curious what your thoughts on this were.
