I think my favorite home in Vegas has just been replaced by this one. Finally someone to get the number of beds and baths correct lol j/k. I’ve see 7 beds 7 baths. 7 beds 8 baths. It takes Lauren and Travis to do it right.

My cuestion would be, how many solar panels to make the house completely of the grid ?, i know it has 7 a/c ,but you can use the left side parking for the guest house to put some panels

Hi, thanks for watching. There was a space where they had an outdoor grill kind of near the apartment- it wasn’t built in though, just freestanding. In a yard that sized, one could easily add any type of expansive outdoor kitchen.

How much "Right Turn" air traffic flies over Section 10? How low and how noisy? Seems like a great area with that exception, too close to the airport.
It doesn’t fly low over Section 10 at all. I’m not sure of exact air traffic flight pattern but it’s not too bad at all.

Imagine buying a house like that while you’re in your 50’s or 60’s. You basically only have about 20 years to enjoy it. Best time to buy a home like that is in your 30’s.🤷🏼

I found photos on Zillow before the re-hab. It had horrible pink carpet and with dark woodwork, Who lived here Mary Kay Ash ? I really like 80% of the changes. The is front door gaudy and pretentious The welness room was obviously the original master suite. The new master bath is a rabbit warren of wasted bedrooms. Removing the outside door from the "Butler's Pantry"area was a huge mistake. The so-called caasita is a multi-level mess, totally un-fit for an older person.
Although this home is beautiful , I don't think the developers have added over three million dollars in value since it's last sale
