  • L.S.D. extra long:
    Block:
Really amazing, it's really easy to keep the ball short or long and it always has a really high disturbing effect, probably the biggest that I've ever seen, and the ball always float, making it harder for your opponent which spin has it in.
The control is also really good but you have to keep an open angle for your bat, because otherwise the ball will go to the net.
    Backspin pushes:
Not the easiest thing to do with this rubber, they can have a good effect if you go with a full swing, like a semi-chop, but if you do a motion similar to a push with inverted, the ball will have no effect and fly high over the net, so you have to be fast.
    Chop:
They are really nice to do especially if your opponent gives some effect to the ball, because the inversion is pretty good and it will give your opponent a strong backspin ball, if your opponent goes with a nospin ball, you can get much spin on your own, but with a fast swing you can give him a strange ball, making it float a bit and confusing him.
    Topspin:
Even tough I never do topspins with pips it was an amazing thing to do with this rubber, it was really easy to lift the ball and also to play a strong attack, which is really hard for your opponent to block.
Overall I think it is a really great rubber, but it's more shaped for a player who plays both and table and from the back with the pips, I usually play in a different way.
    Defence classic:
    Block:
Not much disturbing effect but really really easy to keep the ball on the table and perform active blocking, just keep in mind to play with and inverted-like angle and the ball will always go in the table, resulting in a bit of a dead ball for your opponent, which is not easy for your opponent to attack.
    Backspin pushes:
Here this is were this rubbers really shines, probably the best long pip in pushes that I've ever tried, even better than FL3 and P4V, whatever you do a short or a long movement the ball will always go on the table with a pretty low trajectory and a load of backspin.
    Chop:
Here it is also really similar to FL3, the main difference is that it cuts a bit less but it has more control, it's probably the slowest rubber to chop that I've ever tried, another really good thing about chopping it's that the ball after bouncing on the table will "kick" on the table and go farther than you would expect.
    Topspin:
Not the strong point of this rubber, however you can grip the ball pretty well and give your opponent a dead ball that he has to attack.
Overall I really like this rubber, and I want to further test it when the season will end, I think that it's really suited for my style and generally for all the choppers.
    Hope you enjoyed.
