I personally actually like the cat ears as it allows for more customisation. some people like different things and it allows for different themes for armour. Glad they have them as alternates for people who don't want them though.

I was genuinely shocked by this set, I knew it was going to be at least ok, but it has blown me out of the park! The new molds and paint apps were so well done, and the neon superfly looks way better than I thought it was going to! My only issue is that they all use the same shoulders, kinda wish we got some variation but otherwise it’s so well done! Great review and keep up the awesome content!

I only bought this set for the forerunner weapons, I'm not a fan of the very colorful spartans or vehicles. Would be nice if we'd get some new banished vehicles or just set availability in general. Plenty of Pokémon sets so I don't know what the issue is... anyways cool video
I wish we could get all of the artwork in a poster, or each piece of artwork as it's own poster. I think that'd be cool. This set definitely was worth the wait! I just wish the prosthetics were optional like the cat ears. That's my only real complaint/ nitpick.
They really need to release more of the campaign variants in future sets. I'm hoping to recreate the HVTs from infinite and there's very few ways to make them stand out amongst other basic figures that use the same figure as the HVTs without the weapons . Sure I can't do much with these current ones since myriad doesn't actually use the weapon (since they're hunters) and ordo 'mal sits in a wraith most of the time but it's cool to see they are beginning to actually exist
It was in the mongoose outriders set right? Sorry, forgot that set gave us the leg. It is not the same as the one used for the terminator, and I know it was the same in that mongoose set. Sorry. Haven’t got that set yet.
I love the set and I'm Glad it gave you another opt instead of the cat ears cause I was never a fan of it when I seen it and the weapons are cool it was very worth my money.
You missed the main complaint I see, only the US can buy this set. I was going to buy but can't. I agree the robot arm and leg is dumb, I would buy a second set just to have no grey robot parts. The gold weapons are the most exciting for me. The pink with the super fly is too much, pink gas cans? The gold and blue parts where my favorite, great review
This was NOT an issue during the preorder. It is a new issue that came up during the launch. This set has been available for order to the whole world for over a year, so complaining now is a bit unreasonable, despite how the issue is yet again Mattel messing things up

I am not complaining, I expect Mattel to sabotage Mega distribution, I am more sad, because I knew I would never get a chance to buy this set. Great review! I have to some check some of my data on the pre order payment time. The robot parts, turn me off, about this set, the most, is the robot arm and leg, why? Expect in lowering the cost. Y’know I won’t hate on you or try to sway you, but even if you’re not a fan of the ears a lot of other people are, so for the set to have a little optional silly in it (and to be nice enough to give normal heads too) is just awesome for those who like the ears

I was about to comment that you put on the scope backwards and then you mentioned it haha. Also, a majority of halo fans are anime lovers, so that’s the reason why the cat ears exist. Otherwise, the painting and pieces look very good! I like the new pieces. Sadly, this will probably be a little too expensive for me. :(

For some reason, you got a male Mark VII back plate with your Neon Superfly Mark VII instead of the proper female version. I got two of this set and both of my Neon Superfly Mark VIIs had the proper female back plate.
@DemarcationMedia Yeah, I had the same thing with one of my Estate Gold Mark VII, but thankfully I got two of the set just in case of something like this. I tend to buy things like this in pairs just in case one figure has a paint problem or other kind of error so that I can have at least one good copy of the figure.
Love the idea, but I'm very disappointed by the painting on this ones, it looks like they were painted by an amateur custom painter :c But as always, nice review man!
Personally, I hate the cat ears. With a passion. You can like it, I just won't agree with you. (Imo) It's just completely stupid that these soldiers are wearing cat ears while they're supposed to be serious.
Still feel like we were bamboozled. Weren’t we promised to get new articulated robotic arms? They are borderline garbage, and are just the same old mold from a decade ago. That was my main big gripe with this set, apart from the poor painting on certain helmets and weapons. I will say that I was glad that they included both the normal and campaign weapons for the Heatwave and Cindershot. Oh, and the vehicles were nice. Still, not happy about the HORRIBLE robotic arms. By the way, sorry for my prior comment on your recent figure review. I realize that the promethean weapons were not hot for most, and many of the names were similar. Sincerest apologies man. You are a great guy, and I sounded like an a-hole.

I got this set and it’s amazing 🤩 like incredible the only miner issue I’ve picked out is that the glossy blocks on the warthog are all scratched really bad (probably on delivery) which is a bit meh 🫤
