Cletus and Victor NEED to host events (open track nights, test and tune, etc) every weekend once the new houses are built and the developers have Open Houses planned. Nothing will set the expectations of prospective buyers more than hearing exactly what they are buying into.
Why do y’all assume that the homeowners will be non-racers?
Just like people who buy a house on a ski resort likely ski, and people who buy a house on a golf course likely play golf, and people who buy a house with a community runway likely fly, It’s logical to assume that the people who buy a house next to a race track will be racers.
If anything, cleet needs to team up with those developers and start marketing the subdivision as the raceway villas or something like that. Attract retirees who like to race

Hearing the top fuel drags go down at the track at the start of the video makes me really bummed that I won't be able to hear that from my house anymore since they shut down my local track. I used to be able to hear them run almost exactly 20 miles away as the crow flies from a buddies house and hear them super clear from 7 miles away from the track at my place. Nothing compares to those machines!

They started it not too long ago, I feel like all the work on Mullet, Ruby and McFlurry have taken preference though. Been waiting for it since the boys test drove the ute when they were here the first time!

A few years back I was looking at a Bell 206 Long Ranger, 3,500 hrs TT with 500 hrs until the next hot section for $350k. My insurance company wouldn't insure me until I had 200 hours in a helicopter.
