Why do spicy foods give me a runny nose? 🤧🌶

Wow I didn't know this was a thing. Everytime I eat some hot wings or spicy noodles I have to blow my nose usually more than once.

Well 3 days ago I ate spicy ramen noodles and after 3 days I have a runny nose thank you so much 😊 I didn’t know that but how can you fix your runny nose

I knew it could be caused by spicy stuff...But what Im really curious about is is it normal for it to happen with stuff that isnt spice? My nose runs when I eat anything, but worse with spicy. It even runs after ai brush my teeth.
