I've replaced cdi box, regulator rectifier n relay spark plug n spark plug but I'm still getting no spark its same as the one ur working on just bigger it's same plastics to
Check stator n trigger by flywheel May have metal on it it’s magnetic if it has any shaving on it it will shirt to flywheel n no spark ! You need over 60ac volts out of blk n red wire from stator n check all grounds ! N kill switch also may be bad !
Your black wire is power after key ! Do you own a volt meter or test light ? I’d check bulb n the bulb socket they get hot and melt some bulbs will corrode at the ends not making good contact or the inside of connect is got crap n bulb ain’t grounding! U need a test light or volt meter to be real quick about it
Okay I’m having the same issue but except it’s not rubbing. If I put the same stator on another atv I get spark but not on this one. I’m getting 41volts out of the red/black. Could the magnets on the fly wheel be bad?
@@WaldensWorld I swapped the flywheel with another one and now I get spark but only by turning it with a drill which it spins the engine faster than the starter. Also swapped starters thinking it might be weak but nothing
Yes I did, the new stator came in the mail this afternoon and I threw it on and still no spark and I’ve replaced all the electrical boxes that come in a pack on Amazon and I’ve been working on this for almost a month and can’t figure out why there is no spark and the two previous owners couldn’t figure it out either but it’s supposedly brand new and just stopped giving spark
I have a 125cc in a Chinese go kart and I put a brand new stator in it two nights ago and I’m still not getting spark and I’ve changed all the electrical things that come as a pack from Amazon such as CDI and everything else but I eliminated everything so I don’t have to deal with lights wiring and all that so just wires that run the motor and I’m getting power from all wires from the stator except the blue and white one and I don’t know why, anybody know what the problem could be?

It has the remote control stuff on it which was draining the battery so I removed that but the no spark issue still remains. I swapped out the coil to a new one and one from a running quad but still no luck (the one from the running quad gave a very light spark and then stopped). Any help or advice would be great, when checking stator like you did are you checking wire to ground?

I have same atv. But it won't charge over 9dc volts. Going to try new rectifier for 3rd time
@@bradmerrill7159 test the white n yellow wires ac volts one wire may not be putting out enough

Ive got a 110c coolster that lights wont work The tail lights flicker HBU start up but wont come on. Any suggestions?

Yes n I’ve seen rivits come loose also ohm the trigger put on beep n turn flywheel with hand to see if it’s working!
Coil grounded to frame not paint so check those connections also ! Kill switch also

I’m only getting 30V out of my stator when you’re supposed to have 50-60 so does that mean there’s not enough V to get spark?
Yes sounds like it ! At least 50 it goes way up the more rpm !

Switch your pick up coil upside down. That was my problem
