Which button did you press. There are 2 different ones. You need to press the actual seat that shows 3 dots. The other is to heat it. You also kind need to have the temp low.
@@theBaldChery I pressed the same buttons on the screen that you pressed. There are three red lights under the picture of the seat. It heated up the lower back portion of the chair

I just tried the seat function that you said was cooling your arse, it actually heats up the seat not cooling 😭 I got excited for a minute

If you talking about the media system? It can be reset. The vehicle settings under basic, it should show "restore defaults"
