从德国邻居学的面包做法，面包既松软又有蛋糕的口感，普通中筋面粉就可以做，好吃！
配方 Ingredients:▏
普通中筋面粉350克 (2.5 杯）可以用高筋面粉来代替
All-purpose flour 350 g (2.5 cups) or bread flour instead
温牛奶200毫升
Lukewarm milk 200 ml
酵母5克（1/2勺）
Instant dry yeast 5 g (1/2 tbsp)
红糖70克（1/2 cup）
Brown sugar 70 g (1/2 cup)
盐1.5克 (1/4 茶勺）
Salt 1.5 g (1/4 tsp)
无盐黄油40克 (2勺）
Unsalted butter 40 g (2 tbsp)
鸡蛋2个，共110克左右
2 whole eggs 110 g +-
香草精5毫升
Vanilla extracts 5 ml (1 tsp)
葡萄干70克
Raisin 70 g
