    Great hints of how to use a paddle board for fitness. I have just moved to near a river and bought a iSUP. I can't wait to try out your fitness ideas as they are just what I envisaged the paddle-board could be i.e not just for minimal effort stand-up paddle boarding!

    between 1:52 and 1:53, her paddle somehow magically jumps from the water to her board. lol.
