    Awesome sport! Girls, a great sport for summer. Perfect for incorporating other exercises. Water sports are good for the mid body and spirit.

    Hi Margaret,....you can attach the bands to any attachment point on board or onto leash line. Same with anchor. If no attachment points, you can still see some of the exercises demonstrated with bands around feet, or simply leave bands out and use your paddle. Enjoy!
