      If you want to focus on strengthening your ankle or foot, you can do this as often as needed. 🧡

    to sI am very pleased to have the possibility to work my feet, but I also afraid to break again my ankle. are your exercises are ok for that ?

      Feel free to adjust the difficulty of workout in your own pace. I would recommend as well to ask and check on your doctor to see what best workout suites for you 😊
