Someone would be really smart if when they did a simple fix like this if they would just show how to fully tear down the door and window and track and everything that way anyone looking would get a full video on each and every part of the door and the window, track and all.. one stop shop for replacing stuff
Incomplete. I watched this trying to find out the bolt size and how to replace the window motor only . You did not even mention the motor on the regulator that you removed ?
Is it possible to replace just the motor without removing the entire regulator assembly?
Just did my rear driver side and this helped me out, thanks for posting the video.

Sir I have a issue I have toyota Solara & Front passenger side Power window not Working even I can't hear noise I checked motor with jumper cable its was good actule power not comes for motor.

What if it's just the motor?? Can I keep the regulator in and just change the motor??

So what if the window is all the way down?? Is it the same procedure??
+BoulaBoo92 The installation process should be the same for your vehicle.
Mine completely for some reason fell of the track. Could hear motor and assembly wanting to go up/down but window just stayed completely at bottom.
If you unsrew handle, take cover off, and just peel back your weather barrier in monroe places (largest areas to reach track that window rests on ur good. Now just with both hands manually raise window all the way too top and hold it there with a high pressure.
Now as you raise mechanical switch halfway point and lower manually window you will see where they are supossed to connect. Mine had two 2" V clips made of felt at either end that cradle the glass....the rubber insert that normally held window in these 2 tracks completely gone so I liquid nailed a dap in each felt v-channel.....lowered window into them and let it sit an hour widow about half way down. Window now back in it's correct track placements. An hour later up and down up and down up and down without issue.
While having it open I sprayed all the gearing with a silicon cleaner and regressed the entire tracking as best I could. Operated it a few times and man it doesn't make a sound and operates so flawlessly. Better then new.
