I realised, pilates is interesting and fun but if you want to see some results on your body you need to add some harder exercises and follow meal plan. I bought workout and meal plan from Onlymeal, and I see results after 40 days. Someone could say, its slow but for me its perfect. I started to see difference on my strength when I added deadlift to my workout routine. For now I lost 25lbs and im feeling great.

Workout ONLY for you, not for the approval of others. I promise that you are already obviously ethereal. There is so much more to you than what you look like
That's not a loving a respectful way to treat you at all. You do these workouts for yourself! When you work out you will feel stronger and stronger- mentally and physically

Starting out as 98.0 pounds goal 85 height 5'6 😊 age 11 😊 I honestly just really want abs Day 1 : ✅ This is really intense 😃 Day 2: ✅ This is a REALLY good intense workout lilly 😊😅 Day 3 : ✅ Felt fast ⏩ Day 4 : ✅ I love this workout 😊 Day 5 : ✅ Felt very fast and it felt amazing I did it twice today plus a lower belly workout Day 6 :✅ ☺️ I'm gonna start writing in my journal Day 7 : ✅ on week 1 Felt amazing 😊 Day 8 : ✅ 😀😁 Day 9 : ✅ I can feel my abs when I do the exercises 😂 Day 10 :✅ I felt very tired 😴 😂 Day 11 :✅ It felt awesome 👍😎 Day 12 : ✅ ☺️ this workout is the best ab workout 😊 Day 13 : ✅ I started a leg workout to get slimmer thighs cause mine are big and I also am doing a deep core 😅😅 Day 14 : ✅ On week two felt a little more insecure then usual 😅 Day 15 : ✅ felt good about front view of belly Day 16 : ✅ Day 17 : ✅ did it on my bed felt AWESOME like always 😊 Day 18 : ✅ Felt very very fast 😊 Day 19 : ✅ happy Christmas Eve 😊 Day 20 : ❌ it's CHRISTMAS Day 21 : ✅ on week 3 Day 22 : ✅ Day 23 : ✅

My lower leg area is quite thick compared to my upper leg. I can't wear boots, especially in winter. because the boot zipper does not close. What exercises should I do for this? I would be happy if you help.❤
She has a really good 3 minute calf burner video. If you type in “Lily Sabri calves” on TH-cam, it should pop up. It’s literally 3 mins, I do this daily to keep my calves nice and toned, it’s helped with me a bunch with shaping my calves I hope that it can do the same for you!

I have been doing this and a 5 min work out for 7 days straight and it’s just the first 3 days and I’m looking much better❤

you shouldnt be focused on weight if ur 11 ur weight is normal and is average
