The circular piece you showed is called a hub centric ring. Its supposed to fill the gap between the wheels center bore and the vehicle hub on vehicles that are lug-centric. Love the brembo! aesthetically pleasing to look at
Someone told me they’re supposed to go on before I put the rotors on, I haven’t had any issues but I did get a larger spacer that has a hub centric center(12mm) and some hub centric rings for my wheels and it’s all lined up perfectly!
What’s funny is I didn’t realize that I needed spacers until after I got the fenders 😅😅 I ordered the brembos before the fenders and forgot about the spacers. But surprisingly I still don’t hit, just added slight camber up front
It’s my dads beetle aha it’s a 66 with a 1600!! He wants that engine and some Porsche wheels on it! But currently working on a 67 mustang build ! I’ll feature both more on my channel when we do stuff to them aha
For the new Wheel studs yeah the correct way to install is with a new spindle and hub. But for just upgrading the calipers and rotors, they can be installed directly onto the car, the calipers line up perfectly with the threads on the hub.
