I don't see a big reason to cut them when you have already cut White's boots. We pretty much know what is inside. Unless, of course, you make more $$$ from the video than the boots are worth to you.

I have a pair made of black wax flesh and while the boot is made with a light shade of tan, the kilties seem to be from a hide that is brown. So far the kilties see the patina from rubbing with the laces and are starting to look like brown waxed flesh and the boots themselves are holding onto the wax. I'm left hoping that the boots will not looking like the kilties, but it has only been 3 to 4 months. Makes me think I'll never do the thunderdome since I seem to go easy on my boots.
Maybe you should work with Viberg to create those Japanese WW2 inspired boots that you talked about doing years ago. I think that would be right up their alley with the construction and style of Viberg 😉👌

The drifter is a well-made boot, but just not quite my taste. The toe box being so wide is definitely a part of it. They’re a bit cosplay and over-the-top too.

This now is one good looking boot! - 1 tiny critique, rugged boots like these do not really match with a 270 degree sole stich, they should have a 360 degree stitch, imho. But first impression is really promising and I hope they can keep it once walked in.
If they fit, no need to cut as you have done Whites before. The boot look nice and slim. I would say the dressiest White’s I have seen. I do not normally like White’s because they are to rough and work boot styled which I have no need of since the intro of cars inNYC ro replace horses.
I feel like companies are never accurate with their size guide, or my feet are jacked up because I'm a 10.5-11 in everything regardless of what they say. Everytime I follow their guides, I need to exchange them. It's funny too because I sell ice hockey skates which follow the same size standard of 1.5 below shoe and people are always surprised when I tell them their proper size and width to get a custom feel if not being actually custom.
I just got a pair of whites c350s and ordered a 9 because of the high arch. The box said 9 but the boots are stamped 91/2. They fit perfectly but don’t know what size they actually are…😅
A very nice pair of boots but I'm a pipe fitter who spent 32 years working in a water reclamation plant and I will NEVER own $800 boots. I view boots as tools and safety equipment and even my "dress boots" are Oak street cap toe trench boots in natural chrome excel were less than half that money purchased on Black Friday. I really like the look of some of these colored leathers from JKs and tanker boots from Nicks but $6-800 boots aren't justifiable when my most comfortable boots are Perry hybrid mod toes or the Oak street cap toe trench boots for $275-325.
Sizing is so weird, I learned recently that I'm in between a 9.5 and a 10 on the brannock, but I fit most sneakers in a 9.5 occasionally i'll get a 10, and most of my boots also fit best at a 9.5. I think true to size honestly makes the most sense if you can't try something on in person.
To cut these up would be a waste, and a shame. The construction is no different than any other pnw boot, so its not gonna be anything different. Plus it would piss a lot of people off (nothing new) but why not just enjoy these and keep them in the collection?
Why do boot companies have sizes that are different than everyone else? If you have to say "If you are normally a size 11 then order a size 9 1/2", then your boot is not a 9 1/2, it's an 11! AHHH
Please, DON'T cut them. You have another pair of great boots. And, there are no sizes left for all of the Whites/Division Road. And, they are not on the Whites website. Keep them and let them get a nice patina on them.

Stick to your original plan of exposing poor quality and good quality boot makers. Your collabs are obviously decent otherwise you wouldn't be involved. Your own cognative biases shine through and diminishe the responsibility of said shoemakers to produce quality shoes, unless you are involved in the process. They will then use your reviews to give credibility to their future products. Stay in your wheelhouse and produce unbias reviews and unique leather goods. Money isn't everything. You give critical, honest objective reviews, that's what made you, that what makes you shine. Done be another dull marketing platform.
