The Mount bolt is broken off inside mine. Do you need to remove this bolt to remove the shell?

How do you remove what protect the screws ? You didn't show us. I mean how do you get access to the screws?

Pry out with a screwdriver those plugs.

I tried the method on my Eufy Cam but the case won't separate. sigh

Make sure the screws are fully unscrewed and you need to apply a little more pressure. Make sure you pushing on all 4 screws.
