Just wanted to say that the huge silver utility tub in the laundry room is a washing station for a dog. You could tell from all the dog pictures and little ‘woof’ and ‘bone’ signs. I think it’s a fantastic idea for large dog owners.
LR width/depth isn’t wide enough for my liking. Not a fan of cooktop on island. Would’ve preferred on Right side of kitchen where pantry is. Don’t need island that large but need pantry somewhere!! Still watching !
I am a Freelance Designer and I took Architecture well the differences is manufactured homes are usually single wide or double wides or even triple wide and put together. You can tell wiith 2 main things: long narrow building and low roof or low pitch roof to fit under bridges. Modular is they are built to building codes in the state where you seeking ro have it lay on foundation for good. The manufactured homes can be femoved when aged. Modular is one whole thing which looks more like a regular stick built. Kind of like it is an upgrades version of manufactured homes. Hope it helps. Good to see the difference between those 2. Never call manufactured home mobile home. The companies asked the government to pass a law to seperate the old name because of a "reputation" it had prior to 1975 as Mobile home which was like a supersized travel trailer if you wamted to compare but not. Look at the move LONG LONG TRAILER starring Lucille Ball and Desi Arnez they bout as they thought was a travel trailer but not. It was a mobile home. After 1975 manufactured homes look more like a house thsn mobile. Hope this helps.

I happen to like it with the "true" lighting. Some of the houses and the staging, with all the angle purposed lighting, to show off the features, takes away from the actual everyday reality of living in a place. To see it with a real light gives a better perspective of what you'll be seeing with your own eyes if you were going to live in one of them. This one, I could love it and live in it happily.
This floor plan is almost perfect! The only thing I dislike is the stove on the island, prefer a door to the pantry & that marriage line. The way they build these homes, they can’t come up with a design to blend the connecting floors together without it being obvious my home was delivered in parts? I would definitely build a two car carport on the left side & build a nice deck & patio area in the back! Love it & great starting price too 🫶🏽 $200k 🥵
This is a really nice home, and I love that there's not one but two sets of sliding glass doors, I'm not sure that I've seen that in a Manufactured Home. This home is definitely a winner, thanks for the tour Chance!

These videos are always well done and they’re really nice to see how far manufactured & modular homes have come. This unit, IMO, is actually really quite nice and good in terms of pricing. A person could reasonably and realistically get into one of these in the low 210’s to 250 rage with land in setup; which especially in this market is extremely good for many regions. I, personally think this was a great unit to demonstrate. 🙌

I am so glad that i came across a cheaper house than the Catalina. I LOVEEEE the Catalina but omg...this has everything!!! Plus it is cheaper and an extra bedroom. This is the modern country kind of look that i have been looking for!!! The colour scheme is perfect. I would do a black backsplash in the kitchen but other than that. I want the house just as it is...except for that wine rack...do not need that at all!! Very cute though!!! I was expecting it to be 250,000!!😂
What a fantastic home! It has everything that you would need. I like the way the pantry is placed too without a door. Great sink in the Laundry Room, perfect for washing a dog I believe. I just did a pretty awesome pantry dance and I'm thinking shrimp for dinner!. But I just toured a modular home lot in Lumberton NC I felt pretty freakin' smart because of you Chance! Of course I dropped your name!!!
I'd rather just have more shelving in the dining area, don't need to be stuck on a TV. And I'm not a fan of that stove, only looks like 2 burners. I do like the shelving in the closet. My Chihuahua's would fit very well into that utility sink. I love the folding seat in the shower. That's a good price for this home. Very decent.

Its the law. Been in 2 movies as actor. You cannot have product placement with out permission with their names. We had to cover names. This occurred for many tc and movies foe 30 yeara now I think. If want the name pay the companies or if they want their product in they pay you. So yeah Chance was supposed to cover names.
I like this. I'd like a fireplace in the front living room, if that's not too greedy 😊. I wouldn't have a bath (we can't get in and out of it nowadays 😅) and I'd like a removable shower head in the master bathroom. I wouldn't have the drinks fridge in the kitchen and I'd like a flat top induction hob where the cooker is and an oven in the same place as the microwave (my fiance can't bend down to the oven anymore (what a pair of old crocs 😂). I love the sink in the utility room. At first I thought I would prefer not to have the counter with the cupboards and microwave etc In The second living room, but thinking about it it would come in very handy in summer out on a porch and for cosy evenings in the colder months. I'd have this 😊
Hey Chance another Great job. Felt a little rushes. Umm.. Inunderstand now yoj had to blur out names of containers and TV box etc because you had to ask permission. I guess they asked you to conver. I knew that because I am also an actor and they did product placement check to make sure its covered or you can get sued. I hate part haha. I love the den great foe office. Goos size. But main bed is bit small. Too small and so is the "sinktub" in main bathroom and too much window by the tub. I would take those out and get bigger tub in there. Again those chromatic colors throughout the house.. too much. I ordfsr colors and for cabs to be natural wood. The bath where all bedrooms are.. oh man that toilet is bad location because of the doors like that. Needs to redesign completely. Or bigger bathroom so if I am to buy can ask for it bigger and relocation. The coat hangers is way out in middle of hall not in laundry room. Remove them. Desk there? Like I said den as office and thst is removed too. Yes you have to blur out merchandise names from this point on. Sorry you got notified by a leagal team. I can tell. God bless!
It's a nice price, and it's a nice home, but has a few flaws. A drop zone in the middle of the house? Why not near a door?? I will never understand why there are 4 bedrooms in a place and they put a small side by side refrigerator. Those fridges are set in a cabinet, if you buy a larger one, it won't fit. There is a large space next to the back door which could fit a freezer, but no outlets to plug them in. So, why not put a drop zone there? Or an outlet so you can plug a freezer in.
The only saving grace of this home to that small living room (no bigger than my apartment) is the family room down at the end of the hall. Not a great spot for the coffee counter unless they open up the sitting counter and detach it from the wall. Otherwise you are walking all the way around the kitchen just to refill your mug. 🤨 Not impressed with the small closets. And the door to the master closet should be switched out for a sliding barn door because otherwise the regular door will continuously bump into hangers and possibly mess up the clothes hanging in that area. With all that said, I am still giving a thumbs up because it will help you out, Chance, hopefully and that I just generally love your channel.
Nice price! I would have hoped the bedrooms were bigger with such a large foot print. I myself would turn the den into my bedroom and get rid of the slider and put in windows. Not sure I like the oven in the island. Lots of wasted space in this. Could do better.

Very nice hosue especially the pantry. I like the fridge and microwave for making popcorn and getting a cold pop. That black fireplace surround until you got close looked like a bad accident had happened to it with those white streaks. God had his hands on my son and I tonight. We were on a 4 lane road that had the concrete separating the east and west lanes. Some lady was going the wrong way towards us. We all managed to slow down while she looked like she had just noticed then that she was going the wrong way. With the concrete in the middle she had no way to get over to where she belonged. The road was pretty busy but my son and the car next to us slowed down which slowed down those behind us and the one car got out of her way. It could have been a very bad accident.
