DUDE! I knew you were in San Marcos at the beginning of the video. I’ve been there a few times. I wish I knew you here I would have bought you lunch or something. My wife and I watch all your videos… well almost all of them we don’t watch the big ones. It’s only the two of us we want a smaller home. We’re fixin to move to Florida soon. You need to find us a home quick my friend.😅
That is a really neat floor plan on the house. Bathroom is nice and big. The kitchen is big area for like a bit cheaper a breakfast nook then dining room or the game room like a pool table that makes the living room look big too for a dining area the first bedroom the one with the butterflies and stuff that could be Used for our office if you only need two rooms and then the second bedroom a good size a guest room if you’re a single person and then you got the master bedroom with master bath big bath bedroom I like laundry room is off the kitchen love the colors, nice and bright.
Dang Chance is in California?!Never thought I'd see Chance in California.Manufactured housing could be a great new wave idea for all the people who lost their homes to the decimating fires..Still praying for all Californians🙏💝🌞
THESE 2000 MILES IS WORTH THE WAIT!! CHANCE?? THIS HOME IS VERY STUNNING!! GREAT SIZE AND JUST BEAUTIFUL!! I AM BACK FROM SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AND THE PEOPLE I MET WERE RESILLIENT AND ARE READY TO RE-BUILD!! SOMEONE SAID NO HOUSE FOR THEM IN CALIFORNIA!! WELL?? FIRES CAN HAPPEN ANYWHERE AT ANYTIME, SO YOU CAN'T ESCAPE THE WRATH OF GOD!! IF I WANTED A HOME IN CALIFORNIA?? I WOULD LIVE THERE IN A HEARTBEAT!! THANK YOU CHANCE FOR DRIVING THESE 2000 MILES FOR YOUR VIEWERS!!❤😊
I THINK THIS HOUSE IS VERY NICE. A BIT BIG FOR ME BUT I STILL LIKE IT. YOU COULDN'T GIVE ME A HOUSE IN CALIFORNIA. IT USED TO BE A BEAUTIFUL STATE BUT BIG MONEY AND GREED TOOK OVER. ALSO INTERESTING CHOICE OF WORDS"WRATH OF GOD". WHY IS GOD SO ANGRY?
Love the skylights in the kitchen, and the light color flooring. Like the house, but lacks quite a few things for me. Not enough storage space in the kitchen, as well as no space for freezer, and missing a walk-in pantry. The guest bedrooms are kinda small. It’s still a nice home and I like it. Thanks Chance
I love this home, but I sure wish the guest bedrooms were larger. But this open but not too open with tons of natural light is my jam. And it looks so well built. Just beautiful...
Great storage. The kitchen sink area is roomy. The laundry storage and folding counter is awesome. In the master bath I would opt for one door so I could add a bench across from the shower. The master closet is one of the best I've seen this year. I would add IKEA storage closets between the windows for shoes, casual clothes and things like scarves and hats. The dining room and living room need work - too plain. Over all I've seen, I would buy this. ps. I'd keep the bar. The storage is perfect for irregular sized pots and pans and china too.
I very much like the openness of this home, the all white interior is a plus plus for me, and was excited to see real double doors into primary bathroom. I cannot wait for barn doors to go bye, bye.
Here I am scanning your video to see where the hvac vents are. Didn't see any in the floors or ceiling or baseboards. LOL. Love this layout, except it needs a much larger pantry. I guess you could made use of those cabinets in the laundry room for extra pantry space. So odd to see most every video of the California trip have gas stoves in them. Not fond of the sprinklers but I didn't really notice any in this one. One of my pet peeves is those vents above the doors into the bedrooms. Means that door closed isn't a true firewall and it don't look good to me. Removed all of ours right after got it in 1993 with sheetrock and mud. Then, since we use to have carpet I cut the bottoms of all the doors to be high enough to slide a hand below it for airflow. ANYWAY, this layout would be nice for real. Thanks again Chance. Knocking these out of the park as always. Cheers.
I really like the floor plan such a spacious look. The laundry room should have a sink.and more color should be added instead of white all over. The size of the master bedroom was really nice with all those windows and sunlight coming in, I also like the double door for the master bathroom.
I enjoy your channel. Since you are not opposed to traveling you might consider checking out Palm Harbor factory home tour and models. Near Albany Oregon off the I-5. They had a house so big that it looked like two homes in one. I think it was 3000 square feet. The sales person told me that the factory floor was so level that one guy could push an entire home and make it slide on their floor. I have yet to do the factory tour but after viewing a dozen of their models I was very impressed. PS after visiting their homes I built a scale model 32 inches by 56 inches. I took the best of several models after a tour with my wife. I would love to build a 32 by 56 foot home based on my model. My front entry would go into an enclosed 16 by 16 living room. 11 feet of this room would extend 11 feet forward of the of the 32by56 footprint. The house you showed was nice but I have always wanted a completely enclosed living room with a wood burning stove. I think design is based on preference and flow and after living in our current home for 20 years a person (meaning me and my wife) should know the improvements to make. Happy Trails
Thank you for sharing this home with us. Overall I think it’s a nice home. If I were to make adjustments to the layout, I’d reduce the size of the living/kitchen area and increase the size of the two bedrooms. Other changes would include devoting space for a family room. I am curious to know if this home comes with a sprinkler system as did other homes constructed in California. Great job!
The drawers in the “pantry” are cool. Many of the cabinets are very deep. Pull out drawers solve that problem. The master’s sinks look great but probably not smart to put them behind the door 🤔
Very nice home. I don't like the fact that in California the water heater can only be accessed from the outside. I lived in California's High Desert, the high winds would always blow out our pilot light and the water had a hard time staying at temperature.
Wow I didn't know about this location I just knew about Clayton in Parris and yes here in Cali LoL we have bipolar weather..this home is very nice just prefer the a.c vent on ceiling and as for main bathroom I would of did 1door and a larger shower and kind of weird in the 2nd closet
Did nobody else notice that you have to go all the way into the master bath and all but close the door to turn the lights on??? What a huge design flaw!
They could back that wall up in the master bedroom and make that closet deeper and bigger. Nice home but I don’t like the size of the closets in the other bedrooms either.
CHANCE, Longtime member watching the channel from the beginning. My question would be, often you will tour a home model in Tx or like this model in California. Some have been exceptionally unique and of great interest. After attempting to research in most all occasions I find the particular model are never made in or near a state of interest to me(always in the east like PA & SC. Since you speak with these folks all the time, I'm wondering the most effective way to go to find out if the home of interest can be manufactured using east coast building codes (if different) but purchasing and taking ownership in PA &/or SC? I know typically the response will be for me to speak to the team at my local dealer, however, when I have approached my local dealer about it, they look at me like I'm crazy. Can you offer insight on best practice to quickly obtain this info? This pacific palace as an example, It was awesome you volunteered the comparable Fleetwood model name. Its no where near as interesting a home as the California model. They don't resemble each other sadly. Lastly when I was looking up both models the pricing showing for the exact same house your toured in this video is available with quoted price of 156k. Ifs a sister dealer there in California also. Letting you know in case you receive any similar feedback other than mine. Thanks in advance
Love the place but could have been a lil more show room ready, this 1 shows it more bare bones to see what you can do with it. I actually do like the barn doors on other houses but the double doors are nice as well.
F-I-N-A-L-L-Y . . . Large Drawer's and Plenty of Them in the Kitchen.💜 NO "Upper" Cabinet's at all ! ! Really Do Like the Sky-Light's !! I would put the "Large" Drawer's in the Kitchen Island with N-o Sitting There. Could Use 2nd Island for Whatever but with a Lil' Ledge to to be "Able" to Sit There for Doing thing's like . . . Paper-work etc. Did like the LARGE Laundry Room ! !
Are the subfloors in mobile homes better quality now? I had a mobile home that was manufactured in 2005 and the subfloor was terrible. Many spots felt spongy and uneven. I think every mobile home I've ever been in has had a crappy subfloor.
I like the house. I would rather have the kitchen sink not in the corner, the the smallest bedroom has a tiny closest, the microwave should be next to oven. I need a food pantry.
that tiny glad dinning table would have looked better infront of what you called nook area than where it is lol and im sorry but that fireplace is on the wrong wall who does that they should be strongly spoken too its just not right lol
Feeling sorry for the folks in CA .. I’ve hear that they don’t even have fair Votting and huge taxes no wonder they folks there are leaving and homeless .so sad
I don't think I like the bathroom. I'm just not a fan of hiding a double sink behind a door. Perhaps if it was a single door and that was a wall it would be better for me anyway.
Chance you missed cabinets behind door in 1st bathroom...closets to small ....where's water heater outside??? Heck no....I would do long window thru out and in dining room kitchen....it's basic nothing really stand out
@@Ms.SthrnChrm2U the water heater is inside but the access is outside. Go to the beginning of the vid where he’s outside at the secondary entrance between the two houses. You can see the water heater access next to the entry door. When he’s in the laundry room you’ll see the electrical panel box. The water heater is in a compartment on the other side of that wall.
@ Excellent! Thank you! Hopefully, they now have some sort of drain system, so that when (not if!) the water heater breaks, the floors will be damage free if it takes a minute for the owner to discover the leak! Back in the day, the access was so well camouflaged that there would sometimes be a lot of damage by the time someone discovered that there was a problem.
Thanks for watching! Check out the Pacific Manufactured "Pacific Palace" here: chanceshomeworld.info/pacificpalace-sm5
My favorite thing about this house is the sky lights😍😍😍
Sky Lights on a triple wide is what I want🤩🤩
Every deep cabinet should have those pull outs or drawers. Love the kitchen.
This is my favorite of all the ones I've seen because the living area is actually large and inviting enough to invite people over and entertain.
I like the dual islands and the diagonal flow of the kitchen
Beautiful home!
Wonderful kitchen. Love the storage in the laundry. Great detailing. Well staged. Great home, Chance!
Love all the drawers in the kitchen, especially the one section with a bank of drawers and the microwave. Lots of storage here!
This is a beautiful home
Wow!!! Love the skylights in the kitchen. I believe this is the first time I’ve seen skylights in your videos.
Over all it’s absolutely beautiful
This looks like a fantastic layout. Lots of storage, plenty of work stations in the kitchen, spacious in the bedrooms and living spaces!
It’s beautiful!! I like the huge amount of light in the kitchen and living room areas!
Like this house a lot.

Chance, this is nice home. I like it is spacious.
Love the kitchen. Beautiful home. Thank you for the tour.
Very pretty! ❤
🎉 chance, that is one nice home! 🎉
This house has a very nice layout. It's a little different. Thanks Chance.
I like the openness

I love it.
I really like this house thanks for sharing 😊
This place has a very unique layout. It's alright. The base price is alright as well.
Here in Polson we are at 15 degree's and sitting at about 10 inches of snow toady with 14-18 inches foretasted for the day.
Master bedroom & bath is huge very nice home, love it!
Chance fleetwood makes a triple called the arrowrock hope you can track one down to show

Nice, i would like some earthtone colors, couters,

You can switch the living room and dining room around ❤
I'm from Los Angeles but now I live in North Carolina
I think having the master a little smaller and making the adjacent bedroom a bit bigger would help.
We were 82° yesterday and 43° today is SW Oklahoma

That “curved wall” in the dining room is called a clipped corner.
The price is just crazy high for me !!!
We need some near Ohio
LOVE THIS PLACES, WOW NICE TOO BAD NEED A LAND AND FAUNDATION FOR WATER AND OTHER
Thanks for another great video! This home is pretty. I like a lot about it, but it looks too “California” to fit in my Southwest TN neck of the woods.

Would change the kitchen sink to a single and change colors
I like most of it. Seems like a lot of wasted spec in that kitchen, dining, nook area. And the placement of the fireplace is odd. Thanks for the tour.

Were the walls textured and not smooth? They looked like they were some type of stucco.
Are the subfloors in mobile homes better quality now? I had a mobile home that was manufactured in 2005 and the subfloor was terrible. Many spots felt spongy and uneven. I think every mobile home I've ever been in has had a crappy subfloor.
Any modern mobile home will have OSB subfloor. Some manufacturers will offer plywood option. The industry pretty much has abandoned particle board.
First to watch!!
Very very nice, except for the pitiful little closet in the 2nd bedroom. 😢

The double doors in the master bath has a top lock on one door, so that you can use it as a single door.
Not a fan of open concept. It feels like wasted space to me. But it is a pretty home.

The water heater is in the utility room next to the outside door.
Water heater exterior access is pretty common in southwest mobile homes. You know since there’s no weather.
@@Publicname6570 on the floor plan, it looks like it is inside, but next to the door. I could be wrong.
