I've been doing this for over a week now. I've lost 2kg and I can feel my muscles getting more defined and my body more toned. I still have a long way to go, but I thought this could be motivation for someone out there.
I have decided the only thing that matters during quarantine is improving my mental health and coming out of this pandemic hot as hell, so help me God.
This is probably one of my favorite yoga routines. I have lost so much weight by eating better, doing this yoga routine, and staying consistent with myself. For anyone else lacking motivation, you have it in you. No matter what, you can always achieve what you put your heart into.
If someone out there is reading comments to see if this is a good flow, this is your sign 😊 I did this on my first time and it truly motivated me to continue practicing. Really helpful for beginners

I was diabetic type 2. After being on a diet and doing this yoga 30 minutes a day. I have lost 3 stone in 4 months. Healthy eating combined with this. I am no longer diabetic. I love doing this. I actually enjoy this workout. Makes me feel good. I recommended this to my sons girlfriend. After seeing her 2 days ago omg I noticed the difference. She has lost weight and looks great. If I can do this 30 minutes a day anyone can. Makes you feel at peace sounds silly but I found that too. X

@@faithcheyenne9726 weighing 90 pounds at 13 can be unhealthy and develop into something worse. Its okay to want to lose weight to be healthier, but you need to be taking care of your body as well! Just be careful if you want to lose weight at a younger age, and be safe :)

@@faithcheyenne9726 your expectations need to match your frame size. 90 pounds is probably only realistic for someone several inches under 5' tall. The woman in this video likely weighs 120-130 due to muscle mass and bone structure and look how thin she is! All in all if your body is toned and your cardio health is good, you don't need to worry about the number on the scale, so aim for that.
This yoga practice was literally the most amazing thing ever. I'm usually not great when it comes to committing to things but I have been doing this for a little over a month now and the change since then has been insane. After doing this no joke my mental health improved, my family, started even noticing that I looked much more in shape and I have lost weight. I even look forward to doing this and I honestly 1000% percent recommend this video
@@jiminshi4761 I think so! if you’re doing it like morning and night or something but know it’s okay to miss and take a rest from it! If you over exert yourself with it, it might become more of a chore and less motivating so take breaks as needed 🥰
I started this exercise 2 weeks ago. My body feels stronger and my stomach feels less bloated. My mom even told me that i look toner. Staying consistent :)

I've lost 2 kgs in a week. I was 71 and when k checked today, i turned 69. Thank you so much. It really relaxes the mind as well and once you start doing it, you'll just be totally onto it
We weigh the same I've been stuck there because I'm putting muscle on as well so I look physically skinnier but the muscle weight keeps me at 155-160 it's kinda discouraging but I remind myself I'm still losing weight even if the scale says not
You feel better immediately! First thing I noticed and I actually enjoy doing it...5, 10 or 15 minutes or longer I just had to commit to getting in position everyday!
For the first day I would say it’s easier and if you keep following her throughout you are sure to sweat. Trust me I felt sweaty all over by the end. And this is better than doing those 10 minutes exercises to lose weight. I had backache following those routines.
I consider myself very lazy and unmotivated when it comes to exercising but I decided to try this routine as I've gained 22 lbs in the last 4 months. I've been doing this for 4 days, ( morning and before bed) and I seriously lost 3.5lbs. My stomach is visibly flatter, my core feels stronger and tighter. However, I have been drinking 2000 ml of filtered water, everyday. Those exercises are a very effective complement to a weight loss program and body detox. I think almost anyone can do it if I can. YES! Im absolutely making you part of my daily routine. I started at 300 pounds at 18, I'm turning 20 in December and I'm at 240, it's not nearly as close to my goal as if like to be, but I think your challenging and inspiring coaching is just what I need to get the rest of the weight off!
At this point start thinking about lifting weights to build some muscle. It will help with your metabolic rate and then continue doing this. I am 200 down from 300 using cardio to get about where you are and then wright lifting to get from 250 to 200.
I started following this exactly 1 week ago as a new year resolution from 58.4 Kgs today i checked it 56.9 Kgs. So grateful to start this and will follow to be back in shape :)
I love this. I had a stroke a year ago. Got eighty percent mobility. No help in my country with regards of therapy. Been helping myself via TH-cam. I'm definitely gonna try this.
Hey guys, I'm a ballet dancer and recently due to covid 19, my classes stopped and my mental health was falling because I had nothing to help keep my anxiety at Bay, but this small yoga routine has really helped me get my strength back and made me feel alot happier. I started doing yoga about 5 weeks ago, as a way to get more strength and energy, and to get fit and lose weight. I'm a 44 year old female that became separated in November after 17 years of marriage. I was depressed for a while, but then I finally came through that and decided I wanted to fight and make changes for myself. Finally getting motivated to lose weight and get fit is one of the big changes I've taken on. I fell in love with yoga right away. I love how it makes me feel all around; physically, mentally and emotionally. I've found myself in tears a few times, because it is such an awakening and release! I only wish I would have started sooner! This is by far one of the better trainers and video that I have found. I will definitely be working out to her a lot more in the future. I just love her attitude and words of encouragement. If only I could have her as a personal trainer! 💜💜💜

She wasn’t kidding when she said you should be sweating. After the first round I was sweating buckets. This is my first day trying it! I’m going to keep at it though because my goal is to lose weight. I weigh 275 pounds right now and my goal is to get around 180. I’m gonna do this from now on and I’ll update you all in a couple of weeks and let you know how much I’ve lost since starting.
I want to Thank you, this was my first yoga workout since I had weightloss surgery. I have kidney disease and I'm on dialysis 5x a week. I'm down 50+ pounds. I needed to loose the weight in order to get on the transplant list. I'm 5 pounds away from getting on the list. Your voice is what drew me in. Hi guys update. I didn't really eat that healthy. But I did try to lessen my rice and sugar intake.. I did see a lot of physical changes. And even I feel great. I've been doing it a month now. And my wasteline became 28 now. Although I've been trying other Yoga vids too aside from this. I do this 4x a week. 😊

After about 4 years and 3 kids later, I am no longer fitting into my jeans from college and I refuse to go shopping for bigger clothes. I felt a change was necessary and I'm so happy I found these videos. After just a couple of days I can already feel the difference and I don't feel like I'm doing it alone. I appreciate your videos so much.
I've been doing this workout for almost a week now and I love it since it doesn't stress me out like usual workouts. Yoga for me is to ease your mind and strengthen your body while at the same time easing your body as well from a tough day. I worked 7 hours today my body felt weak but yet I found myself doing this yoga workout because I need it for my mind as well. Now I'm dead tired and I'll be able to sleep really well hehe~ Sanela is also a great coach. I almost know this by heart but I always open this video up to do it together with her~ Staying consistent since a week let's see where this journey will take me :)
Doing this at work on a 16 hour shift. Working 16 hour doubles all the way through to Tuesday at 6 am. This just gave me a nice boost. I think I'm going to make this my go to lunch break routine.
I was hesitant when I just started because of how seemingly unchallenging and simple the workout was but the comments motivated me to do it and let me just say the results even within a few days are mind-boggling. It's been a week and my belly looks so flat and toned that I'm in utter disbelief! I can also see toning in other areas of my body- I just look stronger and firmer. Also, I do diet but nothing crazy. The video is so calming and easy that it's easy to stay dedicated to it as well. I absolutely love the instructor- her voice, playfulness, and her encouraging words help so much.

I went through 3/4 of the way and I have never engaged my abdominal muscles like I did with this simple yoga exercise. I slept so deeply and had a lucid dream and didn’t wake completely knackered like I normally do. This is amazing and you are amazing 😉. Thank you so much

The yoga flow was really simple and was not out of any comfort zone for a beginner, and as someone who used to be way more active and is having to start over, the words of encouragement were absolutely perfect 💕

I've only been doing this for a couple of weeks and though I don't see a change yet (insecurities woohoo), my mum said she can see a huge difference on me!! But I have noticed a total shift in my mental health. I feel so much more energised and stronger, I've stayed motivated to continue exercising which never happened before, and it helps my anxiety. I've also struggled with severe joint pain for years especially in my back and knees, and it's became so much more manageable since I started incorporating this yoga flow into my evenings, so I think it helps with that too. It's so simple to do but such a good flow, I've been doing it every evening and I feel so much better about myself now. Thank you!
I am so glad I found this video. I am never consistent with any workout. From yesterday I promised myself I will continue doing this. Today after walking up I was thinking of giving up. From now on I will push myself to continue. So I will do a daily update for myself and how I felt: Day 1: I did it with a little walk ✓ Day 2: ✓ I am so proud of myself Day 3: ✓ I was too afraid to weigh myself. Today I weighed myself. I am 72.4 kg. Mine was 58kg, 4 years ago. Then I started to gain weight and didn't encourage myself to loose weight. I am setting my target at 60. Hopefully will gain that soon. I am feel a bit down knowing my weight. But it will be a journey. A journey, which I will be proud of. Day 4: ✓ I did that. I am a bit sick today, that's why I couldn't walk but I did this. Today was way more challenging for me. But today I weigh 71.30kg. I v lost 1.1 kg in one day. Yesterday I only ate healthy and did jogging and this yoga. Drank a lot of water.
After having my 4th baby last year and never done yoga before I found Sanela early this year. Since 5th January I've been doing this flow and your weight loss one (plus squats) daily. I've only lost a total of 6kg but I've lost 8cm around my waist and 9cm around my hips. I wasn't that big to begin with but I was definitely heading towards the bad path. I am in tears typing this. Haha. Thank you so much. After a mysterious illness back in 2019, I gained roughly 65-70lbs. I've always been proud of my athleticism and this weight gain ruined my sense of self and my confidence. I have been completely unable to shake it despite 3 years of dieting, exercise and prescribed medication. Because of this, exercise has become an act of desperation. This video helped me find some peace in it, again. I really hope this can help me finally lose some weight, but it was so nice just to work out in a low-stress state. I'll reply to this in a few weeks with my progress.
I'm so glad I found this channel. First day and it went by so quickly. Usually when I work out 5 mins feels like a an hour. Can't believe I broke out a sweat from stretching, it's awesome.
I have never done yoga before, I have gained so much weight during lockdown and honestly I am not happy with the way I look. I have no idea how much I weigh, and I do not care about what I weigh as long as I feel good about the way my body looks for myself, not for anyone else.. I have just done this 25 minute session and I must have done something right, I built up a sweat about 15 minutes in, I feel a bit like jelly now after completing it. I did not give in.. The pose where I lay on my back and tucked sucked my belly button into my spine and lifted my tail bone slightly off the floor was really good, I can actually feel my lower abdo tightening when doing the pose.. I will be doing this every day for the next 7 days until I can do it easily and then I will check out another one of these videos, the ladies voice is really relaxing and calming and she is motivating in such a pleasant lovely way, really happy...
This is my favourite yoga routine by far. My body shape is changing and I'm enjoying it. My kg fluctuates but I'm working on it. I started doing yoga as my body lost strength from covid and I am slowly regaining strength by doing these exercises. ❤️

@e11axoxo no it wasnt the motions were really easy its just that doing it for a while i started to shake because i dont use those muscles like that and given i was in sweats in the morning of a hot summer so ya i sweated a bit.... But it rlly is beginner friendly
I've been doing moderate to advanced yoga daily for months. My back was on fire today, to the point my ribs hurt when I breathed in. This beginners yoga really helped, and by the 3rd or 4th child's pose, I was able to breath without my ribs hurting. Thank you.

The woman in this video likely weighs 120-130 due to muscle mass and bone structure and look how thin she is! All in all if your body is toned and your cardio health is good, you don't need to worry about the number on the scale, so aim for that.

This yoga practice was literally the most amazing thing ever. I'm usually not great when it comes to committing to things but I have been doing this for a little over a month now and the change since then has been insane. After doing this no joke my mental health improved, my family, started even noticing that I looked much more in shape and I have lost weight. We weigh the same I've been stuck there because I'm putting muscle on as well so I look physically skinnier but the muscle weight keeps me at 155-160 it's kinda discouraging but I remind myself I'm still losing weight even if the scale says not

For the first day I would say it’s easier and if you keep following her throughout you are sure to sweat. Trust me I felt sweaty all over by the end. And this is better than doing those 10 minutes exercises to lose weight. I had backache following those routines.
I consider myself very lazy and unmotivated when it comes to exercising but I decided to try this routine as I've gained 22 lbs in the last 4 months. I've been doing this for 4 days, ( morning and before bed) and I seriously lost 3.5lbs. My stomach is visibly flatter, my core feels stronger and tighter. However, I have been drinking 2000 ml of filtered water, everyday. Those exercises are a very effective complement to a weight loss program and body detox. I think almost anyone can do it if I can. YES! Im absolutely making you part of my daily routine. I started at 300 pounds at 18, I'm turning 20 in December and I'm at 240, it's not nearly as close to my goal as if like to be, but I think your challenging and inspiring coaching is just what I need to get the rest of the weight off!
At this point start thinking about lifting weights to build some muscle. It will help with your metabolic rate and then continue doing this. I am 200 down from 300 using cardio to get about where you are and then wright lifting to get from 250 to 200.

I started doing yoga about 5 weeks ago, as a way to get more strength and energy, and to get fit and lose weight. I'm a 44 year old female that became separated in November after 17 years of marriage. I was depressed for a while, but then I finally came through that and decided I wanted to fight and make changes for myself. Finally getting motivated to lose weight and get fit is one of the big changes I've taken on. I fell in love with yoga right away. I love how it makes me feel all around; physically, mentally and emotionally. I've found myself in tears a few times, because it is such an awakening and release! I only wish I would have started sooner!
This is by far one of the better trainers and video that I have found. I will definitely be working out to her a lot more in the future. I just love her attitude and words of encouragement. If only I could have her as a personal trainer! 💜💜💜

She wasn’t kidding when she said you should be sweating. After the first round I was sweating buckets. This is my first day trying it! I’m going to keep at it though because my goal is to lose weight. I weigh 275 pounds right now and my goal is to get around 180. I’m gonna do this from now on and I’ll update you all in a couple of weeks and let you know how much I’ve lost since starting.

I've been doing this workout for almost a week now and I love it since it doesn't stress me out like usual workouts. Yoga for me is to ease your mind and strengthen your body while at the same time easing your body as well from a tough day. I worked 7 hours today my body felt weak but yet I found myself doing this yoga workout because I need it for my mind as well. Now I'm dead tired and I'll be able to sleep really well hehe~ Sanela is also a great coach. I was hesitant when I just started because of how seemingly unchallenging and simple the workout was but the comments motivated me to do it and let me just say the results even within a few days are mind-boggling. It's been a week and my belly looks so flat and toned that I'm in utter disbelief! I can also see toning in other areas of my body- I just look stronger and firmer. Also, I do diet but nothing crazy. The video is so calming and easy that it's easy to stay dedicated to it as well. I absolutely love the instructor- her voice, playfulness, and her encouraging words help so much.

I've only been doing this for a couple of weeks and though I don't see a change yet (insecurities woohoo), my mum said she can see a huge difference on me!! But I have noticed a total shift in my mental health. I feel so much more energised and stronger, I've stayed motivated to continue exercising which never happened before, and it helps my anxiety. I've also struggled with severe joint pain for years especially in my back and knees, and it's became so much more manageable since I started incorporating this yoga flow into my evenings, so I think it helps with that too. It's so simple to do but such a good flow, I've been doing it every evening and I feel so much better about myself now. Thank you!

I am so glad I found this video. I am never consistent with any workout. From yesterday I promised myself I will continue doing this. Today after walking up I was thinking of giving up. From now on I will push myself to continue. So I will do a daily update for myself and how I felt:
Day 1: I did it with a little walk ✓
Day 2: ✓ I am so proud of myself
Day 3: ✓ I was too afraid to weigh myself. Today I weighed myself. I am 72.4 kg. Mine was 58kg, 4 years ago. Then I started to gain weight and didn't encourage myself to loose weight. I am setting my target at 60. Hopefully will gain that soon. I am feel a bit down knowing my weight. But it will be a journey. A journey, which I will be proud of.
Day 4: ✓ I did that. I am a bit sick today, that's why I couldn't walk but I did this. Today was way more challenging for me. But today I weigh 71.30kg. I v lost 1.1 kg in one day. Yesterday I only ate healthy and did jogging and this yoga. Drank a lot of water.

After having my 4th baby last year and never done yoga before I found Sanela early this year. Since 5th January I've been doing this flow and your weight loss one (plus squats) daily. I've only lost a total of 6kg but I've lost 8cm around my waist and 9cm around my hips. I wasn't that big to begin with but I was definitely heading towards the bad path. Thank you so much. After a mysterious illness back in 2019, I gained roughly 65-70lbs. I've always been proud of my athleticism and this weight gain ruined my sense of self and my confidence. I have been completely unable to shake it despite 3 years of dieting, exercise and prescribed medication.
Because of this, exercise has become an act of desperation. This video helped me find some peace in it, again. I really hope this can help me finally lose some weight, but it was so nice just to work out in a low-stress state.

I have never done yoga before, I have gained so much weight during lockdown and honestly I am not happy with the way I look. I have no idea how much I weigh, and I do not care about what I weigh as long as I feel good about the way my body looks for myself, not for anyone else.. I have just done this 25 minute session and I must have done something right, I built up a sweat about 15 minutes in, I feel a bit like jelly now after completing it. I did not give in.. The pose where I lay on my back and tucked sucked my belly button into my spine and lifted my tail bone slightly off the floor was really good, I can actually feel my lower abdo tightening when doing the pose.. I will be doing this every day for the next 7 days until I can do it easily and then I will check out another one of these videos, the ladies voice is really relaxing and calming and she is motivating in such a pleasant lovely way, really happy...

This is my favourite yoga routine by far. My body shape is changing and I'm enjoying it. My kg fluctuates but I'm working on it. I started doing yoga as my body lost strength from covid and I am slowly regaining strength by doing these exercises. ❤️

I had twins n lost alot of muscle in my tummy cause my tummy walls tore I have been doing this for a good while I can see some defined lines !

Wow honestly i really do feel the burn and the sweat it was a bad idea to do this in sweats. I do feel very relaxed but also good and energized. Im going to continue doing this every morning! I love it!💕💕
@e11axoxo no it wasnt the motions were really easy its just that doing it for a while i started to shake because i dont use those muscles like that and given i was in sweats in the morning of a hot summer so ya i sweated a bit.... But it rlly is beginner friendly

I've been doing moderate to advanced yoga daily for months. My back was on fire today, to the point my ribs hurt when I breathed in. This beginners yoga really helped, and by the 3rd or 4th child's pose, I was able to breath without my ribs hurting. Thank you.
Did your beginner's Yoga this evening, I really enjoyed this workout. I think it is great for beginner core building and balance
