Great instruction...as a JVGA student I have learned how to setup, how to be still with left shoulder as the fulcrum with pressure maintained on lead foot, how to hit 1/4,1/2,3/4 shots... I hit the pin from 84 yards with a 1/2 7 iron last week... This is fun to be able to create different shots rather than swinging all out on every club.... Thanks Jim for your selfless sharing.... .$30 mo is dirt cheap for this enlightening info...at 85 this has been exactly what I needed... I recommend Jim’s on line teaching course for everyone that wants simple body friendly swing method 👍❤️❤️❤️

Joined up Jim’s school a couple of weeks ago, still working on it and Jim is v generous with his time, I’ve sent him loads of videos already and he always comes back with his analysis and what I need to improve on and is v positive and encouraging. Looking forward to getting better and fully trust Jim is the man to get me there!

If you understand the concept, your golf and satisfaction coming with a good golf and easy round on the body will change forever. I saw Jim instruction a few years back, tried it and it wasn't working for me, my ball going on a straight push all the time, because I didn't take the time to understand the concept.
A few weeks back I tried again, fed up with bad golf and body pain that come with the traditional swing, and instead of to listen passively really tried to understand the physics behind the concept, and I've started to play the best golf of my life, solid shot after solid shot and more importantly pain free golf. Best golf channel and great coach for those who dare to try something different.

Jim, what a great video! This game is so fascinating and with the things you teach, it becomes so much more fun. And really, fun is the object.
    Gracias amigo!

This is really cool and will be something to look forward to work on one day.
Last season my goal was just to get it on the fairway! But this also gave me confidence to make three par fives with a 1 putt for par.

I can relate to so much you say, and I’ve been searching for over 20 years to find MY swing 😎

Do you ever demonstrate with a driver? Not trying to bust your chops but I haven’t seen you do a video addressing it. If you have please link it!

Do you position the club head to the direction of your target ?
I noticed that after the pivot and having my weight on my left foot, my clubhead position looks a bit open to the right side as I lean on my left to the left.

Watched many of your posts but have been unable to practice your method due to lockdown. One thing that I can't see clearly in your videos is clubface alignment in relation to your setup position. Could you clarify please.

Robert McIntyre square the club face to where you want the ball to start. Everything is clarified and organized for you in my school. jimvenetosgolfacademy.com

Jim, if you are setting up with a draw shot bias, how do you hit a cut shot with your method? New subscriber here.
    Thanks

I was wondering the same thing! Because some shots call for a fade

    Hey Jim,
Good stuff! I live in Indio, so I’m in your neck of the woods…or desert if you prefer. Do you ever conduct “in person” group, or one-on-one lessons? I’m really intrigued by your swing, and your reasoning behind it.
Quick question, can you hit a controlled fade with your swing??? I’m a hopeless, and not so “happy hooker.” 😏

Are there any pros using this swing would be good to see?

    • @jimvenetosgolf
      @jimvenetosgolf  3 ปีที่แล้ว

Many pros use their lead side in a dominant way. I’ve distilled it down so that you, the general public with no where the talent of a pro, can do the same.

Hello from Japan! Nice beard. And hermitage. Anyway, I'm having no luck accessing your Golf Academy. Free Trial leads to 'timed out', Contact Us leads to 'timed out'.
Frustrating. I'll give it another shot tomorrow. Thanks for the videos.

How does your set up work with drivers that are set up to swing up not down?????? Leo

Drivers aren’t supposed to be hit on the upswing. th-cam.com/video/4b2XXDJEACM/w-d-xo.html
