I dont count how many batches I do, but i know how many items in total! For orderpickup I average around 200-300 and for shipfromstore I average 200-400. Both numbers are within an 8 hr shift and switching from pickup and ship. My pace is what helps me get so many batches done.
Kiddos to all your hard work! Use to work at target and did like almost every position so I know how it could be. Keep up the great content! You got snap or ig beautiful?
I noticed when you were putting the orders in the bags you scanned multiple items at one time did that do multiple labels or just one and how do you get multiple labels for each bag that's the only point I'm a little confused on and yeah
so for each order it'll print out one label. i fill the bag until its full, scan it back into the cart, and then continue scanning the rest of the items that couldnt fit in the previous bag. once i scan the item a new label for that same order prints out. so if you separate 3 things for 1 person into 3 bags, you will have 3 labels.

Thank you for the value@@lidiaa.carmen
One more question? Can you wear gloves of your choosing? I have extremely sweaty palms that may affect the work so gloves for grip would be great.@@lidiaa.carmen
Yes! I know some workers wear gloves to keep their hands clean from touching everything.@@joelGi

I wanted to ask is a 16 or 17 year old allowed to work at target ??ans how much do they get , plz tell
A 16 year old is allowed and everyone starts off with the same pay at $15.00 an hr. But I think other states start off with more.

What questions did they ask you for your in person interview?
so i didnt have an in person interview because i got hired during covid szn so it was online through videos questions i had to answer. but it was the normal questions like strengths, weaknesses, what would you do in certain situations, who you are, can you work by yourself and in groups. the basic questions every job asks!
@@lidiaa.carmen I did the online virtual interview but I got asked to go in for a in person interview after maybe like 2 days after the virtual one, my interview is tomorrow
@@kimberlyescobar9640 i also had a second interview but it was over the phone just asking about availability and what position I was getting. There wasnt much to it besides that. You have a better chance if you have open availability because thats what they look for. Hope all goes tomorrow and you get it! 🫶🏼
@@lidiaa.carmen thank youuuu🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
@@lidiaa.carmen please tell me what happened on you second interview. I have mine in 3 days
If I got a virtual interview for “Store team member” but applied for fulfillment, is that the same thing? Or they’re offering me a different position?
Im honestly not sure. When I had my interview they offered me the fulfillment position over the phone. There was no mention of "Store team member" but they will offer you the fulfillment position or another position.
Just got this position, orientation is tmr 😅
Do you have to learn how to use equipment? I work in fulfillment at THD and I don’t like it. If you don’t have ur equipment license you have to constantly ask ppl for help and it gets annoying 😮💨
it's not required to learn the equipment because other people can get the items for you, but they will teach you if you want to. It does come in handy I will say that!
am i able to just work fulfillment?
yes
Is cashier easy to do?
not sure, ive never done it
Will/can they ever call you to do cashier? Really not interested in that position.
yes, if you know how to do cashier they'll call you. if you apply for cashier then that is what you'll do. but if you apply for fulfillment they won't call you to do cashier unless you accept to cross train and do both.
Your hip printer leaked your store number at 3:36
thank you for letting me know! didnt even notice
Hi there, what are the shifts available for fullfillment?😊
hii, im not sure if every store is the same but there is 4:00am-12:30pm, 6:00am-2:30pm, 7:00am-3:30pm, 8:00am-4:30pm, 9:00am-5:30pm, 10:00am-6:30pm, 11:30am-8:00pm, 12:00pm-8:00pm, 2:00pm-10:00pm, 3:00pm-10:00pm, 4:00pm-10:30pm, 5:00pm-10:30pm
@@lidiaa.carmen OH thanks! So helpful info! I wanted to see if there were any 6 hour shifts due to a rigid schedule I have. I might call store too see if they have any but thanks so much!!Really appreciate your response! Have a wonderful day!!You seem like a really great worker!😊😀❤👍👌
How many orders or pick walks do you do on an average in a day?
I dont count how many batches I do, but i know how many items in total! For orderpickup I average around 200-300 and for shipfromstore I average 200-400. Both numbers are within an 8 hr shift and switching from pickup and ship. My pace is what helps me get so many batches done.
do they really drug test you on the orientation day?
at my store no. they only drug test you if you file for workers comp from what ive heard
Can u wear hats at target
no but people still do
are you full time?
im considered part time but sometimes they schedule me full time hours
are they flexible ? @@lidiaa.carmen
Do they track UPH?
Those the same phones we use at Home Depot
yeah its pretty common in most stores
