Thank you, I needed this. I’m teaching myself to draw and being more intentional about being disciplined but I sometime find myself getting frustrated even with loose sketches instead of just flowing with. I also keep reminding myself that I can’t compare my beginning to someone else’s 100th sketch. Thanks again for this reminder 😊
You are so welcome! Everyone is at such different stages. The craziest thing to do is look back on your old art. warning, it can be cringey 😬 BUT so motivating. We often make progress that we don’t recognize until we look backwards a bit.
I am neurodivergent and have a Libra stellium 😂 I get horrible analysis paralysis.. I overthink my overthinking! I neeeed to remember to stay out of my head, and quit expecting “perfection”whatever that is lol!
