Very well setup car, fast and calm in corners, amazingly capable. Great driving and people. It's a shame that Renault went ditching such a well engineered and timely perfected platform as Renault Megane and it's RS versions. Rebirth of Renault 5 is really nice, but surely many people will miss Megane and Renault Sport overall as they pronounced ending of development and production. Hopefully the sporty and spiritful hatchbacks will transform to not less aquirable Renault Alpines as it was under Renault badge. New KIA's in this class are really nice, they are doing great job, GOLF's are not, anymore.
The new curbs were not thought out very well. But i guess thats the worst way to inforce a slower speed there cause you cant use the curb to carry speed.
Great lap and great handling car but I suspect that the ECU Remap Dennis got on his car is rubbish... I would say that's stock acceleration or worst... He needs to get another remap done with someone who knows what they are doing... But that's the only thing that is not good about the car...The rest is excellent!

It just reminds you that time flies, things changing and someting that's current today, could be obsolete tomorrow. Yes these changes are hopefully for better, but still.

It's kind of ironic that they don't want people paying you to take them on laps, which they never did. Quite the opposite in fact, you'd always pay for the lap. Yet now they want the car owner to pay for the lap. So In a very round about way your are getting paid ( in free laps ) does anyone else see the irony here? I understand you buy the annual pass. And they want the vehicle owners to buy laps too. Which they likely were anyways. Anything they can do to get some more money I guess.
honestly there are a few repeat owners and hes one of my favs hes so calm and chill glad he was ur first real lap this season and such a w u got to feel his car in dry conditions so quickly so u can remember how it felt on the wet line

I realize that as a relative newcomer to this channel, I've got a very limited understanding of the dynamics of the Ring and various business attached to this track. However, the last handful of videos Misha drops a comment here or there and it's just confusing. I mean, it doesn't ultimately matter THAT much to me, but I often feel like I'm coming into the conversation midway. Reading the comment section has helped my understanding some of these questions of new rules and regulations. Basically, there are companies who will taxi you around the Ring for a price? And these companies are upset because Misha, being a TH-cam celebrity/driver, is taking business away from them? (maybe they should start their own TH-cam channel) And the Ring company/organization wants the passenger to pay for the lap, why?

I drove a Subaru Impreza STi with gold wheels on it, like almost every scooby... I changed the brake pads for CL ones (Carbone Lorraine), in short I killed the painted gold wheels. The dust going out from these brake pads is often red hot, the particles are so hot they melt the varnish of the wheels and are then part of the wheels, so you can't wash your wheels anymore. It was the first and last time I put some Carbone Lorraine brake pads on any of my cars.

I think they need to pay misha then. For attracting so much people at the ring. It’s a rediculious reason. The people come with there own car, so they woudn’t buy a taxi lap anyway, why are they complaining then? And people who come and don’t want to track there own car would rent a car or buy a taxi lap. In both ways misha isn’t making money, so why complain about something that doesn’t exist? Only reason i can think of is they don’t grant it. It has nothing to do with he is using is own card. Now people are paying for his own lap. So the taxi company still makes no money what changed for then? Nothing!! 😂

I'm not misha but I like that it's lifely at low speeds and more stable at high speeds. The Megane is more a Hyundai I20N until 100 and above its more like a Type r FK8.

How many HP? 300 ? Ist this because track Setup or is Stock Turbo already to small
It's a stock 280 they have mainly around 270HP and so with stage 1 its 300HP.
The later RS 300 is 300hp give or take a few hp, 297 to be precise and thats with no mods and is only DSG in Sport and Trophy variant.
Wouldn't the owner paying for the lap make it more like a taxi service? Kind of weird rule imo.
