Yep, looks like you need a tad more glass. I only use ZYP and no fiber paper and mine never stick. Those are beautiful and are a great way to use your scrap and bring new life to your broken pieces.
Can you fire this mold in a fiber kiln?
Use a hammer. With mold upside down. Will come out easily
I'd turn the mould upside down propped on some posts & refire it till they dropped out. I've tried doing that successfully.

That's a cast iron cookie pan.
Mine is totally white with Zyp and I put paper in bottom too. Have some that occasionally stick. Not sure why
