He’s not a tank.
He’s a fighter jet 🛩
I had a friend named Mark Meadows. He was a hard hitting cornerback in highschool who I played with he could deadlift 515 could squat 500 an could dunk a basketball. He was 5/7 .He was killed in a car accident in 1997. He was my classmate and was awesome.
Anatoly is a beast for his weight 💯
In high school I weighed 191. I’m 6’ 2” & benched 320, 3x’s. 350 2x’s. The latter I still feel pain to this day 30+ years later (rotator cuff injury) I’m not bragging at all. I was a weaker one among my peers then. It’s true & more important I strongly encourage every young person, BE VERY VERY CAREFUL pushing yourself & make absolutely certain you do proper warm up & warm down EVERY SINGLE TIME as it only takes ONE time to have a lifetime of regrets. My max a year later was 280 I’ve never tried higher & wish I had been far more strict just that one time. I still hear & feel that awful pop in my dreams lol
Dude it's just all around awesome!
Never doubt my goat🗣️🔥
He is just a pure warrior like humanity made in the past. He built muscles to become strong, not to impress girls with his hulk shape (although he impress them now with his strength)
How dare you say it's "pretty good considering his weight"! That's FANTASTIC!!! He's a freaking BEAST!
Genética al más Alto Nivel.
Otra persona se rompe la musculatura con ese pesaje.🌟🌟🌟
And he seems like such a nice person as well.
Anatoly make bodybuilders look like there lifting air...
174 pounds and lifting as much as elite GIANT power lifters while looking lean af is amazing
Still inspired me to begin my transformation 😊
