- Who, what or why is Daniel Ricciardo right now? Nobody knows, including him possibly. With his F1 career hanging in the balance along with pressure on is own drive at RB, is it time for Danny Ric to start looking outside F1 for new opportunities?

Does he still have more to offer in F1 or is time time to look elsewhere?
He has to move on, and give younger drivers a chance. I don't want to see him degrading in F1 like a Bottas or Kimi. And as you said, the USA is the best bet for him in so many ways. Thanks for your post!

Honestly look at how Button reacted to just one of his races at COTA, he was absolutely buzzing about it saying “ it’s more action in one Nascar race than a whole season of F1”. I could see Ricciardo jumping over possibly driving part time like Kobayashi is this weekend
There are talks this is Daniels last race if he doesn't have a acceptable result.

WEC for many former drivers, Yank series for those close to retiring.
Ricciardo is a likeable guy and he's a good character to have involved in the sport, however, I feel that he has had his best years in F1, as a driver anyway. He's had a few very good opportunities come his way and he always seems to be thrown a lifeline but it looks like his time has run out. It would be great to see him racing in the States.

Another long shot could be keep Danny around to teach Lawson. Or even S5000 here in Australia. Not a big category. Doesn't have many rounds. Rubens Barrichello raced it for a while. That could be just a bit of fun on the side for Danny Ric but not be serious enough to take up all his time.
I'd say he could part time in a variety of categories. Netflix would even get behind probably as they love him so much
Absolutely! Very true. If you haven't seen them yet. Look up S5000. In short they are almost like an F2 car. But with a 5000cc quad cam V8. They sound so good. Standing next to them. You can feel the noise it rumbles your whole body

I'm glad you highlighted the value of Checo being "stability" at Red Bull. It's be pointlessly risky to upset a team pairing that has produced excellent result with relatively little friction between drivers

Better F1 drivers have tried to jump to NASCAR and failed. It won’t save him. Indy, V8 Supercars, or Super GT could be great options for him. Also Kimi had more than one trip to the states for NASCAR which I would say shows more than a passing interest.

Didn't say that. I said he's the most stable thing at Red Bull considering everything with Max, Horner, Marko and Newey.
If he does go with Indy and wins.all he will need is a LeMans run and win to get a triple crown 😅

He would have to win the Indy 500, not the series championship. That does not count for the Triple Crown. That said if he latches on with Penske it would make both Indy 500 and LeMans a possibility. Ganassi as well.
He will definitely move to NASCAR
