    Could you do a video on the rossiter method? Or share your thoughts on if you think it works?

      Actually, I don't have any experience with the rossiter method so I don't want to comment on a technique that I don't know about. I do wish you the best on your journey and would love to hear about your experience with the rossiter method!

    I have piriformis syndrome and sciatica at the same time. They both started the same day. Absolutely no heat because that makes it a hundred times worse and it likes 24/7 ice. Can you please make a video letting us know what we can do for that.

    I have tingling and pins & needles in my foot, is this coming from sciatica issues

      It could be but there are other reasons for this such as diabetic neuropathy. Best of luck on your journey!

    My leg is very heavy and hard to lift without pain is there somthing I can do differently.

    I have faint sciatica I believe is coming from Piriformis not the back so should I avoid these stretches and which stretches should I do. I Have had it from the back and i"m quite sure it is not from my back because bending makes no difference only when my glute engages does it bother me. Its very faint down the leg and calf unlike the death pain I had when I had herniated disc and foraminal stenosis. When biking sleeping, I don't feel it at all or while bending only when butt is moving it is faint.

      @@PT4Everybody won't these stretches aggravate the sciatic nerve, this pain goes down the leg? That is what you said in the video.
