You actually don't need an actual LLC to start the Airbnb. The host will most likely ask you to fill out a W-9 form which then in the beginning of the year he's going to basically send you the W-9 form of how much he paid you added up for that year. Similar to doordash. Now I've never seen an incident where you will need insurance or should I say I've never seen specifically where there was a claim for Airbnb from the cleaner. But it doesn't hurt to get insurance because it's only like $37 a month. (For me is it with Hiscox) I really wouldn't worry about getting an LLC right now gain as many host as possible and start off like that. Now if you plan on doing big things with this Airbnb meaning having employees or having a bunch of contractors and going all out then yes I would say to get an LLC but if you're just starting out I wouldn't be all hung up on the LLC part as sometimes you just need to focus on getting the host and then work yourself backwards
Thank you so much 🤎 one more question to add to that .. so I don’t have to do any tax write off ? I’m just confused on how I don’t get in trouble with the irs ..
@@euqueshajohnson9272 great question! Yes, definitely keep receipts for gas, meals during work, mileage, any car maintenance & supplies purchased. Hi Lina, I have about 5 different three bedroom I clean and range from $85-$175 I would recommend you looking at the Airbnb or VRBO listing, as well as the SQ footage. Laundry is a big part of the turn, so if that's cut out that's great. I would recommend you doing the VRBO cleaner group. Make a post of what you just mentioned but add the area you clean is in. That way you will get other recommendations who clean in your area
$75 bucks per hour ? Or for cleaning the entire house ? If so how could you possible even afford to have someone help you ? $75 per house after tax and supply you would have to clean like 20 houses to make decent cash ?? Idk ..seems like it’s not a lot for an entire clean…I called a few cleaning company’s in my area and acted like I wanted to get my house clean and they said $120 for 1 -1.5 hours of cleaning…
Let me tell you one thing I'm not struggling to pay any of my bills, I can go get whatever the hell I want if I wanted to, and I can afford the things that I want. You share very valuable content, Thank you! I have just been approved and can now bid on turnoverbnb. I have 4 pending bids and lost one, do you have any tips on how to secure the bids to get started?
Hi Ashley! To be honest I feel like Turnoverbnb they often times are looking for a cheap price. I would consider giving a fair price, complete a walkthrough and give them value and be personable to get your foot in the door. From there after the first clean explain to them why your pricing is increased and you go above and beyond I like using Facebook because you would complete a walkthrough first. And then talk pricing. Not always but it’s highly important to see the place first. Maybe give an idea of what the pricing range would be but never say an exact price until you see the plasw
Thank you so much! I have watched most of your videos and heard you reference Facebook, I looked into it but my city has very little groups. I’m going to start there to get the ball rolling.
Okay no problem. Also use huge Facebook groups. If you can’t find any in your city, try state then try just being apart of “Airbnb Hosts groups” they have members from all over But I’ve seen much success on there. People from all over that if you post you never know you may get someone in your area.
