I’ve been listening to some early podcasts generated by Google’s NotebookLM and if I hadn’t known beforehand that these were AI smart bots I would certainly have thought I was listening to humans! What?! Fascinating!
notebookLM to create podcasts.. i've created a small python to separate the voices (it creates 2 files, male.mp3, female.mp3) that you can use to feed into the various "hedra" or other saas to create talking avatars. No more struggles to manually separate the voices! (of course the audio files contain the "silences" when the other character is not speaking, so they perfectly match)
@@RogerDooleyYT I actually ended up cancelling it. Instead of attaching the PDF, I copied and pasted all my text into the box and did it that way and it worked within 5 minutes!
I just listened to one generated from Wikipedia. I just copy and paste URL. I picked Steve Banon because I am not a fan. Well, I started listening to it while I was typing this. So, I'm going to have to stop typing this here and go finish listening to the podcast. Because it's actually getting good. And I am not a fan of Steve Bannon.
You're amazing. I'm using this to listen to my study work when I'm busy. I needed that
Great video! Loved it!
Thanks so much!
Clear video and right to the point. Thumbs up.
Glad you liked it!

Agree!
Very cool summary
Wow Wow wow!!!
I don't see the option to generate an audio overview. I wish I could post a screenshot of what I'm seeing.
Not sure why. Has it cleared up? Google has now removed the "Experiment" tag.

Very interesting! I hope Google adds the ability to export multiple tracks at some point.
Thank pro

It’s been over an hour…. Still generating conversation.
I guess the word is out! So far, nothing over four minutes or so for me.

Interesting way to use NotebookLM. I'd consider a Wikipedia link for a dense technical topic like "neural networks."
