@@brandonn_mag357 yes it can work because the Honda xr 150 is carburetor engine. But you can also use a limiter box an orange colour that can give you the limit for the engine and also shoot flames at the same time.

Suppose me still want the horn fi work how me connect it?
Buy one small button switch and get a small bracket and bolt it up on the handle and use the switch bredda
Every body mi knows connect this light blow and always a blow don't know why
