In this video, I switch out the dirt wheels for super moto street wheels from the RSF650.

Dude! 3M scuff paste with a gray scotchbrite pad and some soap and water. scuff the hell out of the plastic before painting and your results will be way better. Just a pro tip for painting plastics. I like Krylon Plastic paint to finish.

Imagine if razer sold just the frame and off-road/road tires as a package and you could get whatever size batter and motor you wanted. They could make a killing off of people wanting to build their own E mini-motos for cheap.
Just buy one second hand for couple hundred bucks. Would be nice though if they sold a roller option.

Tighten rotor with star pattern,
Scuff the plastic with higher grit sand paper before painting,
I think you’ll get better results with a more centered rotor, and the paint will adhere better to the plastic after being scuffed.

Also taller tires like the ones your put onto the 650 in this video make the top end speed go up. I did a whole project w top speed and changing my rear tire size from 12 to 16 inches
Do a video for those who can only afford one bike, should I get a full sized bike or a small pit bike. I just want to go blasting both on the street and on trails with my gf. I can see the cons from your trail riding, but I also don't think i'm going to go nuts on trail or really deal with hardcore offroad trails anyways, thus I'm really looking at the pit bike conversion as both great to save on space but also a fun little toy to jump on

I recommend removing or cutting the back plastic and replace the seat! Replacing mine along with the handle bars, possibly new pegs🙂

Great video. I want to build a supermoto also but dont want to do it because the front brake issue but when or if you solve it you should def make a video on how to do it because I also ran into that same issue putting the MX 650 forks on the RSF 650
I was thinking of a next dirt bike for my kid and I'm definitely considering this full setup rather than a pw 50. We have a little razor 125 now

You might want to repaint those plastics, there’s tons of yt tutorials on how to do a good rattle can job. It’s such a clean build other than the paint

Man you kinda forgot to add the primer as your base coat for the paint. It gives some surface for the actual paint to grab on.
I hope that the paint doesn't come off with all that plastic flexing! It's just a heads-up for in the future, definitely don't pass on this next time. Much love bro ❤

My sx500 is fully built and I got the same hydro brakes and I got the front to work, plus you can make the heat sink work with the rsf wheels

Hi I was looking on building this and got a couple questions. First does it matter if you take the heat sink off and if so what is the effect. Secondly what is the range and lastly where can I get the front rsf wheel it’s sold out on razor please and thank you
You should open a shop! You would just bring a MX650 and you choose what you want to add and then you have a team of staff and they would do it then they would ship it or you would go and collect it!
