Wow super nice parts man! For demolding if you want a little tip, you can Use compressed air to help break that vaccuum seal of the part to the Mold. TO help minimize the possibility of cracking. Super impressive work!

Your videos are awesome! I really enjoy them! Question, right before you do the layup you place an in mold coating. What is this? Also, can you recommend where to get your cool layup tools, like the one that looks like a pizza cutter?

Just a clear coat meant for composites. And the pizza cutter I made myself.

I'll keep looking through your videos, but what do you do about parts that had clips and other pieces to make it bolt in? Basically like interior pieces or a dash that has the same shape and all original stuff that can bolt to it? I assume you make a front and rear and fuse them together?

can i ask what is the clear coat you put before the whole process?? its car clear or gelcoat ? then do it tack good at long term ?
i see you put some spray between the clearcoat n the mat, why we dont see the milky droplet at the finish stage at the end ? you could not remove it with acetone....
    im confuse xD thx !

That turned out amazing! And it seemed like a pretty complicated part. Awesome job! One question, do you need to keep the vacuum on and the resin tube connected during the curing process? It seemed like you did, but just wanted to make sure.

I like your videos. I have a question ; What is the reason you don't use the inside of the 3D printing to make the plug? Then the thickness of the carbon layers does not determine the internal size.
    Good video with good explanation.

In terms of actually strength like on a part that needs strength, using the little thin stuff to keep the carbon together or join sheets of carbon like you did with the hood. Do you think there's any loss of strength to using this method? Does that little thin vale cause a concern for overall desalination or any kind of strength degradation?
