150GM protein need for 100 kg weight of beginners. I want to know also those who have put on weight how dieting helps to reduce weight as well as shape. I m ur big fan followed u my day one. Thanks
@@FitnessMyLife thanku so much, I am 37 yrs old and my weight is 78 Kg I followed ur two videos regularly since 1 month, beginners of resistance band and abs excise, is it enough for me or suggested some more.
My main issue is the starting point. I am 38 years, 82 kg, 5 feet 10 inches. Before lockdown I was 75 KG. My job is mostly sitting job. So here I am confused whether I should go for reducing the weight or muscle building ? My target is more towards fitness and a good physique (not bulky muscle gain).
HI Rishabh, I suggest, stay in calorie deficit (400 calories less) and perform full body workout routine as I showed in my latest video. Along with that take high protein diet (1.5X of your body weight in KG) and proper rest. You can watch this video for more details. th-cam.com/video/DhAfxWYz4Zk/w-d-xo.html
Hi sir , I lost my weight up to 28 kg in 6 months. I have been weightraining 6 days a week +cardio. I ate 2 chappatis with veg / non veg curries for each for each meal . I completely avoid sugar and fried foods .Now I after my weight reduction i ate any kind of south indian items for breakfast , rice and curry for lunch and 2 chappathis and chicken curry (or any high protein rich curries )for dinner. Now iam maintaing my body weight at 73 kg . I want to have a good muscular figure . But the problem is that I became skinny macsular I am still avoiding Sugar and fried foods.. I had high fatty thighs . But I reduce my jeans size (waist )from 42 -32. But still there is some fat deposition on my inner thighs. What is your opinion about how can I get a good muscular physique? If have to continue my calorie deficit diet or for reducing my thigh fat or have to take a calorie surplus diet to gain muscle. I will do take any kind of diet for bodybuilding. Please help me I have been searching for this for a long time.I wish You are the best person who could help me.

Bro...I'm 24 years old... My weight is aprx 51kg... Height is 5 ft 8-9inches....I don't do exercise (rare) ... But whenever I tried to do unable to maintain a long streak....I do it just 2 or 3 days...after that same routine.....I always be underweight and BMI bit below than normal.....Because of underweight I feel much shyness and low confidence....Mind also is unstable.. Unable to concentrate on studies.... I know exercise can help me a lot but I want to some tips from you how can I make habit of exercising and what should I eat for Weight gain as you said you should take rich protein foods (except non veg).... Currently my Goal is to 60 kg

Hi, I am taking Muscle Blaze Whey protein since last 1month 2*2*15gm (48gm protein) - I do workout two times in a day, I am 78Kg(~120gm protein required) My veg food covers not more than 40gm daily, can i safely increase consumption of whey protein daily through the muscle blaze ? i take 15gm whey pre workout and 15gm post workout (morning and evening)
Hi Praveen, as I mentioned below, don't train twice a day its not recommended at this level. As far as protein is concerned, you can increase protein intake by other vegetarian sources like soy chunks, milk, tofu, nuts, chana, sprouts and they are so many others sources. You don't necessarily need to increase the whey servings. Ultimate goal to take at least 1.5-2 grams per kg weight protein in a day and source can be anything.
