      That's actually correct but potato has high GI which raises the blood sugar and makes it ideal post workout carbs.

      Thanks for your question Praneeth.. Keto is completely a different ball game, in that the main objective is to lose weight by consuming low carbs and increasing fat intake..but it is still better to have high protein and low fat diet right after work(fats can be added..as they are primary source of energy during ketosis)..High fat diet after workout may impact the recovery process. I hope it answers you question. 😊

      Yes you can but it has some downsides,
      1) You may feel little low in energy and that may impact performance.
      2) You may burn muscles because if there is no source of energy then you may stay burning your hard earned muscles
      3) Low blood sugar levels may also leave you feeling lightheaded, nauseous, or shaky

    Thank you for this info sir. This is quite useful.
    I am planning to workout in the mornings for weight loss + muscle gain, so will stick to green tea with apple/banana as pre-workout meal. You mentioned that we need to eat food within 0.5-1 hour after workout. How will the pre and post workout meals impact caloric deficit criteria?

      Hi Abhishek, You need to check the calories of you pre and post workout meals and the meals you eat in the entire day. The total calories you eat should be less than your maintenance calories.

    Brother present i loss whight 82 to 69 Kgs last 4 months I am doing diet, now I want to gain muscle till I have small belly fat ,my height is 163cm,30 years , morning i play badminton daily for 30 to 40 minutes after doing abs workouts, and evening doing whights workout for an 30 to 45 minutes and abs workouts,i eat 1300 to 1400 calories as per healthyfy me free suggest,

      Hi, In order to gain muscles., you need to do regular weight training (bands or gym) 4-5 days a week and eat enough protein in your diet. (1.6-2.2g per kg) and take 7-8 hours sleep to recover. You can follow workout and diet videos on my channel. Thanks!

      Its very debatable. Aap workout ke 1-1.5 hr ke beech kabhi lesakte hai but bahot sari research kehti hai ki timing matter nahi karti.

      Pre market meal is subjective as it all depends on what it contains. Need to check the ingredients before you consume. As I mentioned, coffee and banana or apple work great if I don’t have much time in the morning. Night you can go for any balance meal with moderate carbs, fat and high in protein.

    I have to ask you is 30grm of protein per day enough to build.muscle for regular excersice?

      Hi, The protein intake varies person to person. For muscle gain, I suggest at least 1.5 g per kg weight if you are a beginner. Say you are 90kgs then shoot for at least 135g protein per day. There are so many non veg options for protein.. eggs, chicken, fish etc.. you don’t need to take whey to full fill your protein needs.

    02:42 Bhai, Peanut butter and paneer also have fats. So it's not good for pre-workout meal. please correct it.

      Hi Pankaj, Excellent point. I agree that both contain fats as well, but moderation is the key here. You can opt low fat paneer instead if you want and in case of peanut butter, along with healthy unstaurated fats, it is high in protein as well as good carbs which makes it a good candidate for a pre workout meal. 1-2 tbps is more than sufficient to provide enough energy during the workout. Generally fried food, junk food or any food very high in fat should be avoided.

      HI, Its your personal choice. You can have it with Milk if your protein powder mixes well in milk otherwise go with water. Other than that, if you add milk then you are adding more calories to it, if these extra calories fit in your macros then go for it.

      Hi, I hv lost approx 30kg (108kg to 78)with the help of keto diet, but it is difficult to continue keto for long time, so I hv started moderate normal diet... Now my weight is fluctuating( 78 - 83kg) I used to Run n walk in the morning and doing whole body exercise according to ur video.. My body muscle is soft,Pl suggest how to control weight n achieve body like 😉I really loved ur body , I like lean body so pl help to achieve my dream 🙏🙏🙏🙏

      Yes you can but I prefer skimmed milk instead of whole milk to avoid fat before workout.

      Its better to avoid fat after workout for slow absorption. Full cream milk ki jagah double toned milk le sakte hai.
