@blumaan I got a new alarm clock that is really awesome. I know this is random but it plays radio and has Bluetooth. All around it’s a really cool piece of technology and I wanted to share it.
You do know that's gonna make the blow dryer way heavier right? There would have to be a large battery (with high capacity) for the blowdryer since a blowdryer needs a lot of power. This also means you would have to charge the blowdryer probably after every usage. Trust me, I'm an industrial design engineer
Actually that is coming as Dyson is now working on creating a "solid core" battery. Why? Bc its better than lithium ion in capacity and speed of recharge. They also will be adding to their product line with a battery powered mid size crossover automobile. They will be using this new solid core power source in all product lines. -An investor ;)

Not saying the Dyson is where it's at, but as a stylist ive used good and bad dryers. Bad dryers SIGNIFICANTLY increase service time, and don't give you the results you want. Tools are incredibly important in any trade.

Looks cool but I’ll stick with my 80$ Paul Mitchell neuro grip that can actually handle a blowout.

There are some smaller advantages, but regarding physical performance it's not a huge difference. That said, the sound difference is worth a bunch of money, the amount of times I blow my hair for videos 😂😂

Not to be that guy, but do you really have the knowledge, experience, and expertise to review technology like phones and computers? I get you can review blow dryers and such, but if you don’t know phones and laptops components and such, stay away from it

i don't think it's worth it for the sheer fact it's a blowdryer, i could understand under the conditions of a hair stylist who will make good use out of it but for a casual everyday person i don't believe it is worth £400.

They could make it much fancier and have a remote control for the heat and strength settings. A small RF chip isn't going to make it too heavy considering that the buttons are already digital.
