    I paid 160 a while ago with the protective boot included using a home depot hack. Best tool I've bought in my life.

      @@Halfsac03example would be tool plus free battery. When you pay you are charged for both but both are discounted. Return one and pay less for which ever one you keep.

    If you can get it on a sale, your looking at maybe 219, without a battery… I have the exact same one… and it’s a beast… Great video….

    What level do you use it to tighten the bolts

  • @electropentatonic
    @electropentatonic 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    Awesome test. I was curious if it could actually remove lug nuts. Since I torque my aluminum wheels to about 80ish, this should be no problem

    • @timweb1510
      @timweb1510 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No way, it cannot remove lug nuts torqued to 80

  • @censored7881
    @censored7881 ปีที่แล้ว

    You're not really deriving the torque that a nut was tightened to by measuring how much torque was required to remove it. The operator's manual for the 2962-20 says "The torque required to loosen a fastener averages 75% to 80% of the tightening torque".

    Which do you reccomend? 2767 or 2962 for first time buy of an impact wrench.

    • @toolhead147
      @toolhead147  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I would buy both if you can. But I did get the 2767 high torque just in case I run in to a bolt 🔩 or a lug nut that I can't remove. Then as you build your Milwaukee I would get the Stubby, mid torque and Ratchet
