    I have a K2. 230cc. Its held up nicely and is a great bike in comparison to all other off-brands I've had. In person, it looks and feels nice. It has power and electric start. I have noticed the kick start is extremely hard to use. I can't kick it hard enough to start it. Mine does not have break aways or hand guards.
    My son rides the k2 as if it's an all out race bike. With other brands like tao tao, the kayo is def an upgrade. Forget paying $14k for a honda. My local Honda dealer carried a few kayos on hand but not a full inventory. They basically have a few for the few of us that don't have deep pockets.
    I'm a little disappointed that kbb and others don't list the kayo as a brand.

    First few minutes, I though u were a complete Noob with your facts. After you rode, u were spot on every detail about the bike and obviously experienced to feel all tha little stuff. I own one, u hit every little detail I think of it. It needs a hair more sag than normal. The suspension is on the stiff side for slower riding, works great on fast stuff. I run compression full soft, rebound 3 clicks from full hard and that holds it up in the soft stroke. The motor really wakes up after its broken in. Over all awesome bike, especially for desert area.

      Thanks. Yes I've been riding for a while, and tested this bike in the same spot I always ride and was just honest about my feedback. Thanks for watching.

      just wait until you install an advanced timing key. It doesn't just wake up it comes alive

      @@joshpashia637 Im undecided on it. Wondering if that will change the tractor/not stalling characteristic cuz Im only riding tight single track for awhile and currently that is great about the motor. If i was doing desert trips like I previously planned, I would. Also nobody has done a EFI yet so waiting to hear if there is issues with the crank sensor or not. I see u on the FB forums, Im the guy that just had the suspension done by Joe. Im blown away by how good it is, Im really happy I bought this bike

      @@tieoneon1614 ah ok nice small world us Chinese bike owners lol. It really did a lot for my R model. I just messaged Joe Henner and asked he said he does have a key for the EFI bike. I would get that thing in a heart beat knowing what it’s done for my K6R

      @@joshpashia637 I cant use any more power where Im riding {UP MI rocky, tight single track and woods} so the smoother power and delivery works better and like I said advancing the timing I think would make it stall easier...not an issue on track or faster trails but chugging below idle on tech terrain is more important currently.

    Do the opposite of what you said to geta plusher ride. Raise the oil height to prevent bottoming.... and adjust the clickers to get the action in the stroke you desire. Consider learning to tune the internal valving of the forks and shock. It will change your world.

    My big worry would be resale value, and finding a buyer for a no namer like this on the used market.

    • @jimmybob7028
      @jimmybob7028 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      You pay nothing to begin with.. So if resale is low, you're still ok or on par with depreciation of another bike that's 2x expensive.

    The k6 efi is junk I had to take it back to the dealer within two weeks and trade it for a different bike. I love the way it performed but every time I would slow down and do technical writing it would overheat spit and sputter barely made it back to my pick up a couple of times

      I just looked at and sat on a Kayo 250 at our local Polaris shop, which is dealing in these Chinese Kayo bikes too now. Anyway, just sitting on it, and feeling the controls, and bouncing the suspension a little, you can tell it's a Chinese bike. The clutch pull is a little hard, and it's gritty. Levers look and feel a bit cheap. Frame welds are ok, not great like on a Japanese bike or European bike. Overall, it looks great, but up close and personal you can tell it's pretty cheap, a budget bike. So therefore, there is no way in the world I would recommend this over a KLX300, no way, it's not even close to the same quality. Save up and pay the extra money for the KLX300.

      Personally I own a 2020 KLX300R and I love it! I would say I ride the bike pretty hard and have never had any issues with it. My only complaint is the weight which is roughly 288lbs but overall it’s a great bike for the price and super fun
