Dear people over the age of 40: enjoy Robert Green‘s message. It’s delightful and inspiring. At the same time notice how he says if you don’t make these choices younger you’re going to suffer when you’re older. To that I say: bullshit. I am 60 years old. I moved to Los Angeles from New York at 57. I struggled like him getting fired numerous times in New York City. Now I run a successful business helping people and I am a stand-up comedian at 60. Yes a stand-up comedian. So I love Robert…for the most part. However, he does focus loudly and clearly on a younger audience. And there are many of us 50 and older who are wondering why is no one talking to us? Hi. I’m talking to you. You can make a beautiful life at any point in your life. You really can. I’m living proof.

The truth is that at 50 years old, if you haven’t figured these things out then it’s completely on you. Young people NEED these talks.

Makes me feel like he thinks it’s all over at our age. It’s anything but over. I’m free from working(retired,)and I feel like I could conquer the world.!

Funny enough I HATED this man the first time I saw 48 laws of power (2007). Today I have every single one of his book and can't ever stop going back to read from them (the only author I know I MUST buy every single book they publish). Robert, you'll most likely not read this but if any of your team does read it I'll be glad if they tell you that your works are blessings to humanity. I tell friends that your books will remain relevant and popular in the next 500 years because they're just unbelievably great. (Steve, from Nigeria)

And when you said in one of your interviews that you " wrote it with a lot of anger ", I immediately undestood as I was remembering some parts of the book . Wen I was done reading the book "Mastery".
I decided to quit my job.
It took me a year to discover my calling.
I don't know if I found my calling but i tried different things that seemed appearing from my childhood but didn't get anywhere.
Then i realized that am a very lonely guy that only loves music.
I decided that music is the only thing i will learn and do in my daily life.
Have been studying music, making beats and singing in my room for a year and half.
It was difficult at first but nowadays fail to sleep sometimes because melodies keep flashing in heard and my singing sounds different, I don't know if pipo will like it but I guess I have to read the art of seduction more often.
I don't know why but I don't miss the money i used to get from my job.
I started working at age 19 until i decided to quit at 23.
I learnt a lot but I wasn't happy or satisfied.
I did it because I didn't know what to do with my life.
    Thanks Robert Greene

I'm aware where im heading in my life. I deeply feel connected to my "passion". And aware how awkward it must be to look at from different person point of view because of rejection of social life entirely. Right now im on my path where i focus all my energy to bring myself to a place where i feel i belong. Not because i choose to but feel there is no other way around right now. Time is factor and it has heavy hands on my shoulders.

    • @wakeupwithmichael

Yeah, he doesn’t focus on us. He’s intent on focusing on younger generation people. There are millions of us older who are making great lives. I’m one of them. I’m turning 60. I completely prevented myself starting at 56 moving to Los Angeles. Find people who can speak to your thoughts of deprivation, lack insufficiency, and turn away very very clearly from people who keep talking about the problems in your life later if you don’t make choices earlier. You did what you did. You are where you are. This society does not support older people because they love to try to warn younger people about getting older. Well, if you’re older and you’re not where you wanna be, who you talking to? People like me who have been through it. Focus on where you are now and just focus on other people that support you where you are now. Good for younger people getting all the advice. There are millions of us over the age of 50 who would also like some advice.

Sir, could you talk about relationships?
Relationship in general. I'm getting through a rough situation. I'm afraid of losing a friend. I feel him distant. I don't understand why because I never felt that like this.

Is it me or is it difficult to use Seduction. Robert I think you should make a video about seduction cuz I feel so lost, I’ve read almost 90% of the book (the art of seduction). And still can’t apply the tactics in real life
