I did this exercise 2 months before my due date. I had natural labor pain and normal delivery. My labor pain started while I was at home at 7.30pm and I delivered my baby at 11pm at hospital. Thanks for the video. Previously I have been induced for my first baby as the labor pain didnt start naturally. But this time it was different.

Why did start late .. I had low lying placenta so couldn't it .. about to complete 32 weeks so kinda thinking of start doing these but m scared if I should start this late or not . I had started these exercises when 34 weeks..after 3 days i started getting terrible pain in the abdomen and back..initially i thought may be its gastric problem but then had to consult doctor amd got to know it is preterm delivery symptoms and my uterus walls are getting softening..to avoid that i had to take medications and complete rest..so until your doctor or midwife recommends please dont go for these exercises

I love this exercises, they are used within beginners yoga and can also ease lower back pain during pregnancy or at any time. I am currently pregnant and as far as I have researched and with my experience as a yoga teacher I can say: These are very safe exercises, but If you are new to them and you are concerned of whether you are using the correct muscles, breathing properly or at a correct angle, I would suggest you assist a pregnancy yoga class first or begin only after the 3rd month. If you are fit and usually exercise, you can begin at any time, given you do not use your abdominal muscles and only when you want to induce labour. If your physician has alerted you of any dangers or risk of miscarriage, just avoid them and take on more walking instead. In terms of the amount, do only as many as your body can hold, make sure you can still speak while doing them, then you will be ok. Happy pregnancy for all!

Usana supplement correct taa sapiderethu naale, ennode irregular period issue, sinus ellam sari aiduchi. Minthi intha 2 precehene mattum tan irunthuchi. Ippo aathu sariya aiduchi. I don't catch cold nowadays. Even when i had throat infection and viral fever, i didn't catch cold. Antha maathiri, Usana supplement saapitu ennode nerves pain and tailbone pain sari aiduchi naa, aathuve pothum. I am going to increase my daily intake of MagneCal and Procosa.

I'm sure you can start during your second trimester. If you wait till the end you'll probably not be flexible enough or in my case out of shape to start any exercise without being out of breath. So start early with 3 of your choice.
Not necessarily. You can also start in your third trimester. I am 33 weeks prego and I’ve put on 10kg until now because I was already overweight yet healthy. I am still very flexible, starting too early can cause problems especially if the baby is not fully developed. Then again we are all different so make sure to consult with your midwife or doctor

It's really true with out much knowledge I had done these type of exercise from the starting of my 8 th month ..my baby came as early as my 9 th month starts ..I don't know whether it was due to this exercises or any reason.. I leaked amniotic fluid very early and delivered normally😭

This is for normal delivery therefore you should only do this once you are 8 months pregnant

These exercises shouldn't be started until you're very near to delivery . I suggest to start it at 37 weeks.
But the first time my delivery was done after 36 weeks
