- I went back and bought TONS more LEGO CLEARANCE that were extremely cheap! I bought the Clearance Lego to sell on Amazon FBA and eBay! It always pays to be nice to the employees and ask for help! There are some awesome deals out there if you're looking for hidden clearance toys!

I find items on sale and clearance at big box stores such as Walmart, Target, Best Buy, and Kohl's and resell those items on Amazon, eBay, and Facebook Marketplace.

I'd like to see a break down on what sold and what hasn't sold. It's interesting to see the flippers finding stuff but there never seems to be any thing beyond what could potentially be made.
I understand what you're saying. I posted a video on August 7th on this topic. I opened two totes full of Lego from my storage and sold all of them on Amazon. I did a breakdown on the Cost / Profit / ROI as well. I also did a video on October 5th 2020 (yikes, long time ago) where I did a breakdown of all of my part time income including Amazon, eBay, etc.
I might do an updated video this month and show my sales from August on Amazon if I can find the time.

Legos are such an underrated hustle. Walmart consistently has really good sales in addition to the prices already being lower than online because of exclusivity deals.

Mt Walmart NEVER has clearance prices like this. Usually clearance items are only discounted by a dollar or 2 but they rarely have clearance sales.

I think “unavailable in your store” means the store you have selected as your main store. I’ve had issues with grocery orders between my old town store and my new town store. Once I charged it, that unavailable message went away. Great content again! Thanks for all you do!
I've been flipping some of the 'Kobalt' brand tools at Lowe's. It's not as fun as hunting in Walmart for videogames, but the ROI per item is nuts.

Funny, but not funny story. It was my 14th birthday and we were out of town. On our way driving back home we decided to stop at Walmart so I could spend some of my birthday money. I went to the Lego isle with my brother and I immediately had my eyes set on some stuff. There were two women in the isle with me, and they looked homeless honestly. And then I saw this super small Lego city set that had the barcode ripped off of the box. And I picked it up and said “wow, somebody got a little too exited” and then I set the box down on one of the higher shelves. Then my brother and I walked out of the isle and were looking for my mom and my gramma. We found my mom, but then the homeless women walked up to my gramma and was like “is that your son?” And my gramma said “no, he’s my grandson”. Then the women made me walk over there to confront them. They claimed that I had tore the barcode off of the box. I told them that I didn’t, and my brother was even with me and he saw that I just picked it up and sat it on the shelf. They didn’t believe me, and they claimed that I took the barcode to put on a bigger set to get it for cheaper. I told them that was bs, and they made me check my own pockets for the barcode. I didn’t have it of course, but the women were devoted to send a 14 year old me to juvy. So they called the cops and made us go into an office to be interrogated. The women then revealed that they were actually undercover employees. We sat in the office for soooo long, just bickering back and fourth. The women told the cops that I had stolen the barcode for my own benefit. I told them they were lying and one of the women started crying and was like “I’ve been having a bad day! My mom is stranded in Oregon on a road trip! And my cat died!”. And we were like “uhhh, why do we care. You brought us in here because you want to get me in trouble for no reason”. But then, the other woman pulls the barcode out her pocket. It was a set up the whole time. The woman was having a bad day so she made up this scheme to get a 14 year old in trouble for her own amusement, like who the hell does that!? When it was revealed that they had the barcode and it was a setup, the police allowed us to leave and they requested to speak to the manager. We went to the checkout to finally buy our stuff at 11:54! We were in there for almost 2 hours!! When we were walking out of the store, the women walked out of the office and the one was still crying. I could put two and two together, and I determined that their manager fired them. I’m now 17, and I’ve never seen those women in that Walmart ever again. If someone did that to me know, it wouldn’t go well. I’d just get angry and tell em off instead of being calm and chill like I was when I was 14. I can’t believe that they wanted to send a 14 year old to juvy for fun. What a joke.
It was about 10pm when we went in, and 11:54pm when we got out. I didn’t specify the times.
I'm sorry that happened to you. Just goes to show you how far they will go. You could have gone to jail because she was "having a bad day." Glad you made it out ok and learned from this.

And I’m like “I don’t care, I like what I like”. Here I am at the age of 17 still getting legos😂. But I only get the cool ones now for display, like the huge Star Wars ships and all that.

I don’t care that she was having a bad day, that doesn’t mean she can try to set up at 14 year old to make herself happier. We were stuck in Walmart for 2 hours and we still had an hour and a half to drive home. I have sympathy for normal people. But when it’s someone who does stuff like this, like a bully. I don’t. She deserved to be fired.

Interesting today. Two walmarts I went to and scanned things I knew were on clearance all came up Hmmmmm and the little space ship. Even when I had an employee scan the item, same thing. Store managers allow for extra clearance at the store level in each department. They have a budget for the store that they allot for each department as needed.

I went to target today and found many multiples of toys on clearence I can make an ROI of around 80% albeit small profit but I’m just starting out and trying to figure this stuff out. I am thinking of hooking up with a distributor for next year, possibly this year but time and business funds are not my friend right now. Do you have a video or can you inform us on when your experiences are for these clearance items to go on sale? I heard Walmart puts things on clearance the first 5 days of the month and target is the 1st day of the months. I have also heard Jan and July are best for toys?

Yuck what a miserable way to make extra money. Imagine being a grown man spending all this time and effort just to make a few bucks swiping all these toys out of potential kids hands. I can’t imagine being that greedy and too lazy to just get another job if you’re that desperate for money. Every time a flipper gets scammed the world is a better place.
This discounts in the US are insane. In Germany Clearance means 30-35% averrage.

I wish I could buy any legos right now 😕 my 8 year old and I use to do them all the time. We lost all of our sets when we moved. And since I got sick last August just trying to stay afloat. ( bearly ) next time there's wiggle room in the budget I might end up scanning every lego set in Walmart. Just tried to buy a lego set that was on the clearance isle. It was $23.99 on the website “in store”, $6 off. It rang up $29.97. I went to customer service and they told me that was only if I order online. That’s garbage! My wife said she had tried before and they did her the same way.

I'm not sure if this guy is new but a lot of these will lose you money. once on clearance the price will crash and if they dont sell through fast you will either pay storage or sell for a loss. those couple dollar profit nitems just aren't worth it. legos are always worth it if you can hold them until Christmas or store for a year or 2
Idk, I sell them on Ebay all the time and normally get a $5-$15 ROI on these every time.

It's mainly the walmart app. It also allows to search other walmarts . Then there's the amazon or eBay I believe for seller comparisons

I went out again this morning to 3 Walmarts, two of which I'd never been to before. I found one good deal. A $60 Ninjago set for $25.77. The app said none at the store but it was in my hands and I bought it. Wish I had a cart full but it was fun to find one. I send them to Amazon’s warehouse and when it sells, amazon ships it directly to the customer. And yes they usually all go in the same box or in as few boxes as possible to the warehouse. No stupid questions, it’s all good. Everyone has to start somewhere =)
