- Target has an insane clearance this year - I can't believe how discounted these are, so of course we went shopping :)
I usually overlook Target as an option for cheaper LEGO sets because their clearance is often nonexistent. But I've seen so many friends find amazing discounted LEGO sets, so I wanted to look too! Ross and I had a lot of fun driving around town looking for sets, so I hope you enjoy the vlog!

Went to Walmart & the prices were terrible. One set I bought on clearance at Target for $55 was on clearance at Walmart for $82

Having lived in ATX for over 8 years (and wanting to move me and the wife back in a couple of years or so) I can attest to the fact that I rarely found amazing sales in the targets in the city 😢I live in Houston atm and was lucky to score the Indiana Jones wave for 30-50% off! I found biggest set (77015) at my 4th target for 50% off at $75, couldn’t beat that

Zipper Bags - I find the 2 gallon bags to be really handy completed sets. Especially to transport after a Beer & Build with our LUG.
The Great Wave - is a great, fun set to build.
Lobsters - Sad news, Red Lobster closed here. They threw out the live lobsters into the roll-off dumpster. Major PETA Violation.

@rickyma3189 I didn't go to target. Stopped by Walmart tho and got a ninjago set I wasn't necessarily looking for because it was on sale for 45 instead of 130. I tried to get them to give me a discount on a tranquil gardens set that had a smashed box but they said they could do maybe 10% so I just left it.

Ok so this is so cool! Last Christmas I found the Lego creator Main Street for 27:99$ at Costco!! It retails for 150$ here in the USA! Crazy deal tho!
The villains icon set and the 100 years of animation were 50 percent off at least at the target I live by.

I always feel like I just missed the deals. At least there wasn’t anything I was really looking for. Like Ross I hope to find the AT-TE and Gunship on sale, some battle packs would hurt either.
In my Walmart they do have those so some random customer to steal a lego and Legos are really expensive.

We barely get any clearance on Lego in Québec, it's outrageous, not fair! You really have to look closely, or miss out on them...
These sets have been on clearance for a little over a week, so a lot of stores are cleared out. I was able to get Hogsmeade Visit last weekend at 30% off. This weekend, I got the Dreamz bunny and Pegasus, Main Street, and the Friends School for 50% off. It hurt seeing empty spaces where the beach amusement park used to be because I really want that set and getting it for half price would have been amazing. I’ll be heading to my local Target tomorrow to see if any of the sets that I was on the fence about go any lower than half off.

Here's what I did to find the Brachiosaurus set. I searched on Target's website and found which stores still had them in stock (my 4 closest didn't, but one a bit further away did). It was 50% off when I got there. Hope that helps others.

i think only reason Walmart had on sale Lego sets there cuz there Lego sets are lockup most people don't like to wait for someone come unlock it to get your set. i do understand why Walmart have their Lego sets in jail.
