Thanks for making this. Working at a ward much of what you say resonate with me. The standard of the treatment influence what patients we can get into a working relationship with and not get into malign processes.
There are virtually no books or studies that concentrate on ward settings, so much appreciated that you said something about your thoughts and experiences.
