Hello, what a great video! A month ago I had that ProArt Studiobook 16 OLED laptop, and yesterday when I turned off the window, I had to turn it off and update yes or yes. then the screen appears in black with the asus brand and below a loading bar, it says "flash update progress". The bar only advances and I already have many hours and it never charges. Excuse me, it has more range? Do you know who I can turn to for a quick solution? Since asus support does not answer my email, because it is the weekend. My idea is to solve it, I know it is the best computer and in a month I became attached to it, I need to continue working with the computer, if you help me I would be infinitely grateful!

Hi! Does it have a shutter lid on the webcam? Last year's model had one.
