    I am worried about how they want to improve the game mode, since they’ve said the same thing about the artifact loadouts and completely missed the point, it feels like they dont even know what their players want at times, but I am hopeful.

      That's a fair point. The artifact loadout system didn't make sense to me - maybe I didn't spend enough time with it, but in the end I just went to an online guide to see which sets my characters would benefit most from - like VV for Kazuha, etc.

      the artifact loadout was by far one of the biggest disappointments. It's such a simple thing to implement and they already did it in another game so what's really stopping them from doing the same thing? Because they dont want players to stop grinding for perfect artifacts for every character?

      @@bored_potato yes most likely this. lack of endgame or any engaging repeatable activities means they need more ways to keep ppl logging in and playing. So keeping the grind going forever is one way to do that

      The loadout the players want is one hoyo will never implement. As it detracts players from farming one set for each character. But who knows?

    I’m not gonna lie; IT is simultaneously easy, difficult, frustrating and boring. It’s quite impressive that they shipped it in such a weird state. It’s not something I’m looking forward to clearing for primos semi-regularly considering it’s the new perma endgame. Subsequently I find myself playing the game a lot less just dreading it. Yeah I’m soft but it is what it is 😞

    Personally really looking forward to 5.0 and after, I think Genshin have been multiple times more active on the gameplay part recently, multiple good QoL updates are integrated and more to come in the next patch.

    I quit Genshin to work on myself to be a better person and so I can also focus on my career. I play tons of hours in this game esp when I barely manage to 36star the abyss. I get motivated instead of giving up. Maybe in the future I could come back to the game when I have the time. My love for this game will die! ❤

    I enjoyed Imaginarium Theater (even though I can see the problems, indeed).
    Talking solely about my personal experience, I have 25 eligible characters for the mode, so it was fun to try the mode at least twice, and the second time it was pretty hard. I want to play more times, but probably won't have the time for it (and the main reason is ZZZ, honestly xD).
    Anyways, the mode is fun and I can see that with proper improvements, the mode will most likely be praised by the community as well.
    However, I wish they improve the leveling up system more than anything, since that's probably the most boring part of the game (and why lots of people complain about Imaginarium Theater). Like, imagine if we could just convert our leftovers boss materials to some other materials that are actually useful? I have a LOT of leftovers that I'll never use.
    Other things that could be interesting, is an option to use all the resin in one go and get all the respective rewards. Even if the battle is harder to allow that, that would be even better. That way, it would fix the monotonous grind and repetitive gameplay.
    I'm aware some of these are not realistic, but those changes would be ideal for me. If they just make the Imaginarium Theater more fun in a way, I'll be happy too.

    I myself, enjoy building many different characters just for the sake of variety, all of them having their own separate artifacts, weapons & their relevant talents at minimum lv 8, so if I wanna use them I can just switch, no need swapping artifacts & weapons.
    And with imaginarium theathre it's kinda paid off, I guess 😂

    Editing is great. I like the Theater mode, but it felt annoying having so little synergy with the unit unlocks rng and limitation. I hope we get something ñike Simulated Universe and buff cards/multiple waves of enemies and bosses at once. Im not hyped for UGC tbh, I want rewards after a challenge, and I want something I can constantly grind for some rewards, like SU weekly in HSR.

      UGC (User Generated Content) like Divine Ingenuity are still nothing creative at all but only about hardcore contents by using Weak/Obsoleted single character to against each one of hard bosses.

    I guess, I get bored with Genshin and I'm very skeptical about all feature changes because they failed so many times already. I'm AR 60, with lots of 5* but I don't like how much effort I have to apply to get all rewards. I play WuWa more and probably will leave genshin soon.

    I discovered your channel a few days ago and I love it (I wanna pick keqing up) I was wondering which dendro is best for her (I got collei c2, MC c6 and kirara c3) for anemo I got sucrose and fischl of course

      In terms of damage, Dendro MC is the best. But using Kirara is perfectly fine if you need a shield.

    I wish they make abyss version of difficult boss battle like saurian event (banger battle event btw). Insane how TCG got update every version and abyss remains the same for almost 4 years 🥲

    I have mostly levelled up all my characters but not fully optimally built them so the new game mode wasn't too much of a problem.
    What players don't realise is probably the strategy and planning maybe - using the stronger characters for the bosses or the anemo units for the grouping stages.
    I think the fungi event could lend itself to a PVP game mode - level playing field because of the fungi - just require some strategy and reactions to the events on the field.
    HSR has a PvP mode (sorta) I think they could implement something similar for Genshin

    Props to them for trying with the Theater and good jobs on the non-gameplay parts of it but i'd still take bimonthly abysses over it any day. Why not just let us choose which endgame we want to play (Abyss/IT/TCG) and then share rewards between them?

      that's the worst scenario, because without rewards people would just dismiss it. There's various repeatable combat scenarios throughout the open world that provide no reward, so people don't play it. The only one that is featured sometimes is Masanori because he is easy

      Indeed, this is it. Basically, any extra encounter points that go above 4 for a given day are stored as long term encounter points. To convert 1 long term encounter point to the regular one you’ll need to spend 30 resin. What they’ve shown during the special program might be a bit confusing because it says “20/30” resin limit and then “limit reached” after getting boss drop. This is because for conversion to work you must have some daily commissions rewards available. What they’ve shown is this:
      1. First they check their adventurer handbook, there are 2 encounter points already available and 20/30 resin used(this means that they’ve completed ley line challenge for example)
      2. Then they get boss drop which costs 40 resin
      3. They convert 2 long term points into 2 regular points because 20 + 40 = 60 and 60 / 30 = 2
      4. The handbook shows “limit reached” because they’ve already got 4 out of 4 points for the day
      So, yeah, since condensed resin is 40 resin, well, condensed it means that to get one day worth of rewards you would need exactly 3 condensed resin(40 * 3 = 30 * 4).

      from what i see,you can stack up encounter points beyond the current limit (its gonna be limitless i think but gets reseted each x.0 version,like 5.0,6.0,7.0).and to use reserve encounter points,you need to spend resin first (on anything,like leyline,boss,weekly,and domain).
      do let me know if im wrong tho
      TLDR,
      its like hsr's resin bank (limitless and only reset each x.0 version)but to use it,you need to spend resin on any stuff you do like farming artifact,boss,weeklies,weapon mats

      @@TwoDollarsEsq This is stupid. I mean to pay for it (with resin). The hole point is to do treasure hunt in one go, store it and then just sip it drop by drop. And with this system I force to spend resin not to farm artifact but to buy that AREADY MINE It ridiculous. How I hate Mihyo...

    Im glad they implemented a new gamemode but Imaginarium Theater is not what i was expected and feels bad for the content creators and players itself cause is not a replayable content like abyss, is not something you can do content about that cause is random.
    Also people only would do it cause the primogems not test new teams or actually thought "I build this character for Imaginarium Theatre"
    Yes they build them, but only for the quanity not for the meta itself, the new meta is, GI pushing people build character they dont like for sqeeze their resources.

    They are only working on something that benefiting them! Imaginarium is straight saying, "u think u did well huh? how about give ur time and wealthy to other charcters." Im lil bit try hard because my bad overall characters build (Play since 1.0). Why most of them suck?! Because their F-ing RNG is Satan.
    Their QOL adjustment like deaf and blind person working on it. They still treat the player like trash.

      Frrr!! The whole imaginarium game mode is trying to tell all of us to spend money on genshin. And sadly new players will fall for it and start pulling/collecting characters they didn't even want. I'm someone who only builds my fave characters and builds a team around them to be able to 36 star abyss. And now I'm forced to level up all the characters I didn't want to/don't like. And the CRAZIEST part is that the rewards from imaginarium theater are not even good enough to compensate for the amount of resources we're wasting on the trashy four star and five star characters we didn't want to level up. Hoyo REALLY needs to upgrade the rewards cause how TF is it okay for them to just give us 620 primogems next seasons of imaginarium theater?!?!? That's literally so little compared to abyss,because IT requires us to do more than the abyss to even be able to access the hard mode and get all the rewards. Only for it to give us a measley 620 primogems and other useless sh!t. I can't believe that it gives less rewards than the abyss💀 the day hoyo will finally stop being so greedy,is the day when the whole world becomes a better place. But I'm not surprised why hoyo is so damn greedy,all I gotta say is "China" they're Chinese from China,so it's no surprise how greedy they are and how much they copy everything. It's really a bummer that China is living up to the stereotypes. Cause maturing is realizing that most stereotypes are actually hella true and China doesn't know how to prove those stereotypes wrong lol. So if hoyo has the audacity to be so racist against people of other skin color,why can't we be racist and hella mean to them too?? Cause it's INSANE how little diversity, uniqueness and representation of skin color,body and much more we have in this boring game. Everything feels and looks so copy and pasted and barely put 0 effort in. One thing Abt hoyo is that they lack creativity. It smh doesn't exist in that company at all. Anywaysss I really do hope that genshin becomes better and all the characters get the upgraded kit and gameplay they deserve. Cause a lot of characters are done so dirty and are constantly being nerfed by hoyo. Also exploration abilities SHOULD NOT BE TIED TO A SPECIFIC CHARACTER SKILL OR PASSIVE!!!! That's one of the most disgusting marketing tactic a company can do. Cause it makes you think that all these exploration abilities could've been added as a feature to all characters,but nope hoyo just had to put it on their fave characters only,which is hella unprofessional asf. Just look at how wuthering waves exploration is so much fun,faster and enjoyable. While in genshin exploration feels more like an exhausting chore,slaving away for little amounts of primogems etc... it's honestly sad how much I used to fan girl over genshin and dream of playing it,only for me to be disappointed to see and know how disturbingly mediocre it was. Cause almost every genshin content creators made genshin seem like it was the best game ever,only for it to have so many damn flaws that were supposed to be fixed and upgraded since the game launched. Wuwa launched and it already has better qol features and systems. While genshin feels like a damn dry Sahara desert that barely gets anything good in YEARS.

      Depends on your account honestly, if you nahida her pull value drops since nahida has plenty dendro application and is less niche in many comps. But if you have a cryo dps like ayaka/ganyu/wriothesly lying around you could do a burn melt team where she works well in. But also keep in mind natlan arrives soon so put that into consideration she might have more value with certain Natlan characters.
      TLDR; Shes good and if you love the character then yes spend those primogems, but if you have nahida or don't have any characters that work well with her then wait for her rerun. Shes niche so she might get the nilou treatment.

    I like the new gamemode, since it breaks meta and allows you to play characters that you enjoy but won't Help you in abyss and you can spam your Burst and don't have to worry about next chamber. I never had so much fun with Beidou and Xiangling who I rarely get to play.

    So what are you saying, that the devs are catering to their casual audience? Because with how easy IT is compared to SA, that's the only conclusion I can come up with. I'm not sure how will they change it but I don't think they'll change it to its core. I understand the first iteration is supposed to be easy, but I have my doubts the difficulty is going to amp up. It's probably going to be difficult in terms of "I don't own enough characters to enter Hard mode". They made a "endgame" mode that makes casual players feel rewarded by their team choices even though it's random bullshit go. Many, many players have no clue how builds work and how and which characters synergize with each other, let's not lie to ourselves.

      LOL. How in rhe world of fck is IM casual. In fact, abyss is more casual. You know casuals dont bother leveling and properly building up characters right? These "casuals" does not even care or if they do, they only clear abyss with the same 10 meta characters. These casuals does not even care logging in everyday or care about to maximizing resin. IM is a more difficult content for casuals.

      Casual players do level up their characters and they don't care about farming artifacts Levelling up character is common sense in every RPG game so thats something anyone will do.
      Imaginarium is more casual than Abyss cuz you don't care about playing the right team and rotation. The only difficult part about Imaginarium Theater is building 18 characters. If you meet the requirement, its free 620 primos cuz unlike Spiral Abyss, you don't need any star to get all of the rewards. The enemies in Imaginarium only have slightly higher HP than overworld enemies. The rewards are camera poses and sprinting VFX.
      Casual players don't even play meta teams. They play random teams in overworld to farm friendship XP just like like the teams you will play Imaginarium.

      ​@@3579Even- Also, seeing how they nerfed the gliding test, the ascension quest domain and I don't remember what else, they're clearly going in the direction of favouring casual players and newer ones. They already acknowledged that the majority of players doesn't touch SA at all, so I guess they think this game mode is going to be at least attempted by most players since it's easier and it doesn't require 40CV artifacts nor crazy skills or knowledge of rotations. What matters is not dying, essentially.
      A lot of casual players level up their 5-stars and give them decent artifacts while they leave the 4-stars untouched simply because of their rarity. They don't grind one artifact domain for months (like me), they get a "good enough" build in two weeks and move on. They don't need crazy artifacts because all the content in the overworld is easily dealt with even with crappy builds. Hence, IT is made for those players. They have an average build, their characters are at level 70 or higher but they're only half built unless they're a 5-star. I don't know if IT will change in the future but I highly doubt the enemies will be as strong as the ones in SA.

    Am I the only one here who thinks the imaginarium theater is extremely underwhelming?
    How do hoyo think we can build more than 1 character with the few resources we get? Also, the artifacts farming it's not practical and it requires at least 1 to 3 months just to build decently ONE character... We don't get any support or any QoL change for a better artifact farming experience and it's becoming exhausting tbf.. for every imaginarium theater rotation the requirements will be different with different reactions and different elements, does it mean I will have to build ALL my characters at some point? This is just insane.. please

      😂 you only need 1-2 weeks to get a brand new character to usable level for the abyss (80/80/6/6/6 with correct mainstats)

      I'm trying to get a single atk% sands with 0 subs on set and I can't get one since 1 week of farming. I can't even get bare minimum. Imagine repeating that for multiple characters just to make them usable for IT and it rotates out lol.

      @@ninety5878 sure thing, it's not like artifacts farming is rng. If you managed to pull off medium-low stats in just 2 weeks for a character then good for you, u got lucky, but it's not like this for everyone. I'm currently farming for charlotte and it's been 4 weeks since I last saw an atk sand, one with bad substats would be good to me just to activate the 4pc. bffr and do not assume shit.

      @@ninety5878 Artifact farming is totally RNG so do not speak so lightly about it, for example it's been 4weeks since i stared farming for my charlotte and to this day I yet have to find a sand in ATK and a circlet in Rate, so the answer is: No, it's not that easy to build a character even with bad stats.. if the right mainstats won't come out, I really can't do much about it. It'd be okay to even get artifacts with the right main stat and flop substats, but as I said in 4 weeks I yet have to find one. Don't act like this please
