Hey, everyone! It's been...a minute. Sorry about the lack of uploads, I've had a family emergency to deal with. For the next 2 months I will have my hands full as I'm finishing up my thesis, but I will do my best to upload at least every 2 weeks. I have a lot of content to catch up to!
Anyway, onto better topics: What did you think about this quest? What do you think the Abyss Order is planning and where are the twins from? 🤔

Holy shit that made way too much sense, but that means the twins left teyvat before the primordial one arrived and back then there were no humans does that make the travelers the children of a dragon perhaps nibelung that would also make sense as to why the traveler's kit kinda resembles that of the elemental dragons (credit : ashikai). Also, ya don't worry abt the uploads as a fellow college student i can understand what it feels like lol.

I left you a comment here other than this one.
I did NOT get a YT notification & there was nothing on your discord about this video being posted, either.
Which I haven't seen happen before (no announcement on Discord from you, I mean).

I'm not a lore buff so pls don't jump me if this is silly but I had a random thought that the flowers are from the twin's blood because in legend, Nabu's blood causes flowers to grow, yes? And she was originally from the heavens as were the twins (presumably). Traveler saw the void when he looked into Nabu's eyes in that one vision, and funny enough, Klothar called the twins "the Abyss" in another vision. The twins are also very likely a kind of deity. So, theoretically--- if you were to severely injure them or even kill them (which Dain wants to potentially do to the Abyss sibling iirc) then would their divinity and heavenly origin cause inteyvats to grow? Possibly, right?
Now, how does this make sense with the current timeline? I am not 100% sure I understand how Genshin's time works but from other lore videos I gleamed that pretty much everything that will happen has already happened, and this we see with the planting of the Sacred Sakura. It was always there when we arrived and as the story progressed we witnessed how it came to be by going back in time. So the flowers could be a testament to something that will inevitably happen in the future (from our perspective) but what has already happened in the past due to time travel shenanigans.
While this doesn't tell us where the twins were originally from it potentially foreshadows the death of a twin. This could explain why in the end only the Traveler stood in the sea of flowers.
On a side note, I noticed a thing where an "original" flower goes extinct and another flower tries to mimic it instead. Like rainbow roses. Technically they don't exist anymore. Flowers that currently hold that name are closer to lilies but look similar to the original. Same as the original Padisarahs and the flowers that exist in Teyvat currently with the same name, yet they are not the same flower. So if inteyvat only thrives in Khaenri'ah, and the inteyvat we see at the end can flourish outside of it, is it even the same flower or just a copycat? And from what I know (though I don't know everything) the erasure of the original flower is associated with the death of a god or the end of an era.
Maybe I'm reaching, Maybe this is nonsense, but I said what's on my mind.

I had this theory ever since that scene after Dvalin flew away. This IS their original world before the dragon sovereigns took it. Then the PO took it and changed it. Then SWC nearly took it or did. We traveled to other worlds and time passed during this. And now, like Planet of the apes, we have finally come back. The Sea Of Flowers At The End is the Statue of Liberty moment.

i left this comment on a minsleif short (and a slightly different version of the same comment on several other videos lol):
honestly this scene made me think that aether and lumine's original home world is............... teyvat. like, before it was destroyed and remade by the primordial one. they have light/elemental powers like the dragons from the "light realm", their world was destroyed like the original teyvat, nahida says lumine "belongs to this world", we learned that outlander and descender are not the same thing, and one of the possible descenders (nibelung) is from the original teyvat (like aether, possibly), apep says "forbidden knowledge" only shows her death and devastation and destruction (as if she is peering into the true nature of teyvat, a destroyed world, while the "world"/samsara everyone is living in now is an illusion or dream. this is also why it causes "withering" and eleazar), and khaenriah (outside of the domain of the heavenly principles) is the one place that seems totally different from the rest of teyvat (stuff won't grow there, as if the land was dead)................. when lumine mentioned coming across the sea of flowers at the end of her journey, it made me think that the reason she is doing whatever it takes to fight for "the homeland", is because she realized that teyvat is literally her homeland, reshaped after its destruction by a usurping force (the heavenly principles). she refuses to link up with aether until he finishes his journey because she wants him to learn this truth as well, see where she's coming from, and then side with her. just my theory!!

Yeah, I've thought they were from Teyvat since the start when I saw those notes from KK.
Though I originally thought they were the offspring or creation of the PO I realized later that it was likely they were the children of the seelie princess and the traveler (likely the 3rd descender).
I thought for a long time that the moon sisters were the creators of the dragons and the seelies and that they were there before the PO.
I'm of the mindset that the seelie princess was pregnant when her race was destroyed and that the 3rd descender was the traveler who loved her.
I can't make my own theory videos, so I use fan fiction as my outlet for these, lol.
They have powers similar to the 3rd, they also have kits related to the dragons powers (and seelies and dragons are likely related).
The unified civilization fell after or around the time the seelies and moon sisters fell. At least as far as I can tell.

The fact that Genshin Plot twist is hinting at something even more torturing for the twins... TEYVAT is not only in 3 cycles, one that once a civilization develops it is destroyed, 2 that Their is literally a TIMELOOP where we return non stop where we started and 3 the 4 cycles where we're in the khaenriah one, THE TWIST EVEN MORE IS THAT OF MEMORY ALTERATION!!!!! • @KyzenEX
      @KyzenEX 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

I personally think that that's gotta do with Teyvat being made from the Sovereign's powers.
The only Sovereign which Kit the Traveler mirrors is Neuvillette's, otherwise it is the Archon's Kits. The Archons use the Gnoses, which are Sovereign-powered, but this doesn't mean that they themselves mirror the Sovereign's "kits". Which is another thing; this only works gameplay-wise.
Anemo MC's kit resembles that of Venti's, same with Geo and Electro MCs, and this "mirroring" is always reversed; MC's Skill is a weakened version of the Archon's/Neuvillette's Burst, and their Burst is a weakened version of the Archon's/Neuvillette's Skill. Dendro MC is weird in this way for some reason, as this elemental MC doesn't really copy Nahida's kit, and we haven't seen Apep's attacks (Apep's fight is against their immune system (the Guardian of Apep's Oasis)). But again, this is only gameplay-wise, as kits do not limit the in-world abilities of the characters.

It makes no sense for them to be, we know who the original inhabitants of Teyvat were and we know that the flower, despite its name, isn't native to this planet.
Those with sufficient access to the leylines could make a field of Inteyvat. Khaenri'ah probably made it their national flower in honor of Lumine, and the reason it petrifies outside of Khaenri'ah is because it was made artificially or they require to be "enabled" in the Irminsul ley lines for them to grow.

I still don't see any evidence here to stack against the mountain of evidence for "Twins are aliens from elsewhere".
What it does say is that the Twins had advanced knowledge of the Inteyvat flower, before they came to Teyvat.
    So there's 2 possibilities here:
    (1) the Inteyvat has only ever grown in Khaenri'ah and so they must have been to Khaenri'ah before
    (2) the Inteyvat also used to grow elsewhere, presumably including the destroyed home world of the Twins
Dain's statement that it only grows in Khaenri'ah is not an issue as (1) what does Dain know of other planets and (2) technically if the Twins home world was another planet and was destroyed then it's still true that Khaenri'ah is (now) the only place it can grow.
We know there's many other Terran flowers that now grow in Teyvat and would have been introduced while the Primordial One was terraforming Teyvat. Sunflowers for example. There's also many other non-plant species from Terra. Cats and dogs for example. Human beings for example. Since the Twins come from a world that had human beings (ie them) it's reasonable to suppose it was the source of the Primordial One's Ark species. So why couldn't Inteyvat have been introduced to Teyvat at that time? (presumably it wasn't named "Inteyvat" then).
The only real coincidence is that it only grows in rare conditions and it became the national flower of Khaenri'ah possibly due to it's symbolism. But that symbolism could also have applied to Terra. And the symbolism is problematic anyway. If the Inteyvat represent the way that Khaenri'ahns themselves cannot leave Khaenri'ah without becoming Cursed (brittle and undying) until they return to Khaenri'ah once more where (hypothetically) they can finally "die" properly, then this suggests Khaenri'ahn citizens out to have known about the Curse, which is also suggested in the book Perinheri, but pretty much ruled out by the confusion recorded by actual Khaenri'ahn citizens during the Cataclysm, when faced with Hilichurlification.
They didn't know about the Curse.
Perhaps this is MiHoyo's fault for making Inteyvat the national flower symbolically and jumping the gun a bit? or perhaps we're not meant to see Inteyvat as a metaphor for Neohumanism / Hilichurlification?

The "When your homeland returns to this world" thing is refferring to Khaenri'ah, where the sibling was considered to be the Princess/Prince, as seen in the Caribert Archon Quest, when Chlothar calls them "Princess/Prince of Khaenri'ah".

I think you know that I have thought for a LONG time (like, from the start of the game, when I read the notes from KK), that they actually are from Teyvat.
I believe they might be the result of the relationship between the 3rd descender (assuming he's the "traveler from afar") the seelie princess (those lovers were married/together 30 days and it only takes 1 time to create a child. Then the seelie could have survived to birth the twins who were raised by someone else).
Which is where my fanfic is going, lol.
Anyway, how have you been? Looking forward to talking to you about this in the usual place.
I also strongly believe the seelies were connected to the dragons, and that all of them (the dragons, as well) were created by the moon sisters, before the PO arrived.
If they were the children of a seelie = related to the dragons (their powers are similar to the dragons).
If they were related to the 3rd descender (who likely loved the seelie princess resulting in the twins - they were likely raised in the unified civilization or before) then that would be why their powers mimic the 3rd descender as well.

I have something to add to this Theory. I think the Original world still exists and is DEFINITELY connected to the new teyvat. And remember Arlecchinos boss title ? Wasn’t it something like “Descender of TWO worlds” That’s right I believe Arlecchino and the twins are both from the original world. Arlecchino could be a weird hybrid from the Original world and the new world. In the book Perineheri (I know that’s not how it’s pronounced) it is said that children were forced to walk through a pitch black fire place causing them to child to be reborn. What if Arlecchino was one of these children? Omg that was a lot of Arlecchino stuff. Do you think Khaenriah is somehow from the original world? I know it was entirely build by humans but I mean the area of khaenriah. And the upside down theory. The new world is upside down but the original world is not. Unlike most "Twins are from Teyvat" theories this one says the Twins date from BEFORE the Primordial One created humans on Teyvat. Usually they say well the PO created humans on Teyvat then at some point the Ancient Civilization got tech advanced enough to send out space travelers (ie the twins) and they kinda forgot where they came from and don't recognize it somehow Planet of the Apes style.
But this theory say no, the human race on Teyvat pre-existed the Primordial One, so either Before Sun and Moon is straight up lying, the human race developed on Teyvat twice or something happened to change the entire history of how humans came to be on Teyvat at all, (including changing all the attitudes of the ancient dragons to be anti-human as if humans were an alien species) or several of these.
