In an ideal scenario yes, but Genshin doesn’t autocorrect your camera when moving around, so you have to manually use the right stick to adjust the camera when using her skill. What I’ve done is map one of the extra back buttons on my controller to normal attack so I can do this while using her skill, but not everyone has a controller with extra buttons.
Bro I never knew you have to hold Chevy skill to trigger the atk buff. All this time I am using Raiden overload with her, I could have done more damage lol

With the trend that hoyo is doing. I feel like they will release a support character or an artifact set that can lessen E skill cooldown like TF, I notice that new characters have longer skill E downtime than old ones. tho this can be easily manage by proper rotation and swapping.

About her BoL being ping-depended, I find it not too punishing as long as the ping doesn't reach past 300+ (which is a way better cut-off compared to 4pc Echoes). Also, imagine if her lunge attack also has i-frames...
They really didnt put any interruption resistance to her skill or s during lunging attack. As someone who has a crappy device that cant move in 60fps consistently its really hard to get thrown all over every single time because you cant dodge an attack all the time.
Just cheap trick by Hoyo to make you pay 3x the price for C2 to get IR. To be honest, no s on lunging attack is disgusting. So obvious money grabing intention. That why I move to Wuthering Waves (and future Azur Promilia for Genshin aesthetic). Don't play game by Hoyoverse (Genshin, HI, HSR, ZZZ) If you don't what to get milked using cheap trick.

There is a big difference between Finale and Lion's Roar in overload team because Clorinde's passive will overcap on ATK buff. But if Clorinde has damage bonus buff from C6 Thoma and C6 Chevreuse, the gap between Lion's Roar and Finale will become small.

nahida and c2 kazuha good but em sands terrible.... keqing is not alhaitham, she scales of attack still. Especially if thundering fury, she has 0 attack to help her.... keqing teams don't have attack buffs normally as for how good it is, I don't know, I'm just stating answers that I can answer

It's better than the f2p 4* options for sure, but no that much better than Wolf-fang (the "new" battle pass sword). And then it's worse than R5 Wolf-fang, which itself can even beat the Mistplitter So tldr it's a good weapon, worse than her best options, but better than her f2p ones

She also has super fast electro application so she triggers a ton of aggravates, which do scale (partly) off EM. All those things combined make attack and EM sands roughly comparable for her. Saying EM sands on her is terrible is false.

clorinde may not be the best or anything but she is soo much fun to play plus genshin isnt so hard to the point where u have to pull meta with enough investment any character can 100% the whole game also if ur struggling with her uptime and such her uninfused normals actually do a very decent amount of phys damage so it isnt super bad to just na spam while waiting for cd
As a Keqing main, I like Clorinde. Sadly my ping is always red (300-400), and because of that my Ayato which has good artifacts can not be used to the fullest. So bye-bye Clorinde. I will choose the Dendro Keqing over you this time.
There's never going to be a better Keqing... as it won't be Keqing... unless they go the HSR (& other gacha) route and add actual alt versions of characters... ... We know Genshin is part of the Hoyo multiverse, so maybe in the future, we might get a parallel world/timeline version of Keqing, who's forsaken her beliefs and somehow ended up as a Pyro DPS... highly unlikely but I'd like to believe there's a 0.0001% chance of that happening...
I'm not gonna lie the first time I saw Silver Wolf in HSR I thought it was Keqing lol Turns out she's more like a small Bronya, but to me Keqing always felt a small Bronya anyway so I'm happy either way, but I'd definitely be down for an actual alt or something
well in this case overload team itself usually contain 2 powerful atk buffer (bennett and chev). so finale insane atk stat can be a waste compared to dmg dealt% lions roar provides. its still good weapon in the team without atk buffer like electro charge and furina team😁, close to 3000 atk without any atk buff, lol.

Chevreuse isnt doing anything in this team, replace Traveler with a pyro unit so Chevreuse's passive works. Or replace Chevreuse with a different flex option
A year and a half and about 7 characters of the standard ones and still no Keqing (nor Jean). *Sigh* It seems Clorinde will be my Keqing until Ms Yuheng says hi. (I have Mistsplitter and also got c6 Sethos and going to build TF on both so Keqing will have some nice equipment in arrival.)

Clorinde doesn't have the "Poise" from her ES. Then in 4:25, peoples needs to stop hating Shielders with worst reasons for all about damages only. I have Zhongli, but everyone hates Zhongli. 6:55 I never used Thoma for so long after all, but... His EB first before his ES???
The healing bonus circlet part was just to demonstrate synergy with Furina's incoming healing bonus buffs with regards to her BoL and self-heal mechanic Also, no one hates Zhongli? Although it is true that he does not provide direct damage increase, he is the undisputed comfort pick which for other people, translates to a better clear.
I would like to mention Dehya in Chevreuse team is pretty comfy. Thoma's shield can be broken, but Dehya's hyperarmor can't. Her skill is 20s CD so I recommend using Sac Sword (ideally R5), this will reduce max rotation time to 18s.
Got Clorinde when trying to get sethos with my first 10 pull in months at 35 pitty, my 50/50 guarantee was for Murata but oh well, I also noticed that Clorinde is a bit bettter than Keqing (like almost every new character) but also has more sinergy with allies and is also fun to play, I still like more the Keqing playstyle. Well, the good news is that to play Clorinde I just used Keqing artifacts on her and we just have to level up 2 talents instead of all 3
@@f2pkeqingMy bad I forgot that a Overcharged Ball, was needed. Raiden kinda spoiled me here. Raiden E -> Chevy Q hE rest is kinda more comfortable and as you generally always want to start with Raidens E in most teams I forgot. I think it would still make sense to use chevreuse Q hE first for the second rotation as she would already have an overcharged ball. However I'm not sure if the timing fits. Although it might not make much of a difference in this team.
Man, i was on the fence about Clorinde and actually going to pull in a few days but after your warning about interruption resistance i guess i'll stay away.
Personally, I've found a taser team with Furina, Yelan/Xingqiu, and Jean was great with Clorinde in the first half of this abyss cycle. Keqing could keep her standard aggravate team in this way for use in the second half.
Clorinde / Beidou / Xiangling / Chevreuse, with the potential to swap Xiangling for the Pyro Archon when she releases and if HYV does her kit as an Offielder
im currently experiment with clo+furi+yun+yelan, but its not really comfy with furi hp consumption. i still think it is a good team if i ever gonna do the abyss with keq and clo
from my experience playing clorinde, beidou and fischl perform more or less the same in her teams. however, beidou has the added utility of giving some shielding and damage reduction so I usually just go with beidou over fischl. slotting in beidou allows me to use her without feeling that shes replaceable while also freeing up fischl for another aggravate team on the other side like say yae or keqing. maybe yall fischls are so broken that she outdamages your 5 star on field electro carries, but from what Ive tested, fischl is definitely not as much of a must have on clorindes teams than she is in a yae or keqing team.
or just use both Fischl and Beidou, i got the fastest clear time on 3 Maguu kenki that way, my aggravate + kazuha yields similar result with quickbloom, tripple electro is 5 seconds faster, and Beidou only need 120% ER on both quickbloom if she replaces fischl or tripple electro, so you can go crazy with her build, I'll probably upload the vid on my 2nd channel later

Pretty much, yeah. Its already inconsistent based on my 150ish ping. Often when she makes the 3rd shot the bol is not 100% yet (but i still lunge anyways). Me playing on pretty crappy devices also doesnt help (typically around 30-45 fps)
i got pretty stupid lucky on this patches banner. i was originally going for sethos and got alhaitham in like 3 pulls, swapped over to chlor doing singles to try and get sethos off the 4 star pity, chlor comes home. then lost my mind and tried for her weapon. got a second lofi, then later absolution in around 70 pulls combined. then realized i forgot sethos and glittered more pulls until he came home. i guess i got some team ideas to try out now. still no c6 sara though sadly.
I think you’re discounting the fact that she has body punch through on her normals with very good range. In multi-target scenarios, she’s noticeably more user friendly. Positioning matters in a difference sense from Keqing. You may need to place her in the right position so the enemies are on top of each other, but Clorinde does it so much more easily with bulky enemies.
I hope you can cook some quickbloom teams for her. I want to use Furina with her but Idk what healer to use... If I use Baizhu I lose on Nahida's great... everything. If I use a Hydro healer I'm not running Furina, and if I run Kuki I'm not running Fischl, and single-characters heals aren't great with Furina
May I ask where you will rank a R5 Black Sword in the weapon ranking ? I have R5 Lion, R5 Black Sword and R5 Finale, but usually Lion for Keqing so only Black Sword or Finale for Clorinde
Keqing cons don't matter and provide marginal at best dps increases so don't let that influence your decision making. If you like Clorinde's playstyle and don't care for the quickswap playstyle, you'll probably have better results with her than Keqing. She can use TF just like Keqing though it isn't her BiS, it's a perfectly serviceable substitute until you grind up the BoL artifacts.
I've heard the threshold is at 200 ping, it will cause a slight delay in her BoL which will negatively impact the dmg of her E N3 combo. I'm not sure, but I think it's not as bad as 4p echoes (I think echoes requires 60 ping or less to really work) ? But anyway I'd still recommend to test her before pulling, that way you can see for yourself how impactful this issue may be for you
Not as strict since you can add a very small delay between your 3rd shot and lunge so that the server can detect the BoL change. Normally you can get 6 level 2 lunges, but this style of playing only gets you 4-5 at most - but you can somewhat mitigate the BoL stacking by having your Healer help build her BoL through her E skill's passive conversion.
@youraverageguy4930 oic. Personally, after i watched this video I wanted to build some atk speed on her like Yun Jin + maybe skyward blade and just use her to drive fishcl procs. Then i wouldn't have to worry about my 120~133 ping.

Clorinde gameplay is what i was asked for the electro archon. Flashy, fast paced, and fun to play. But...mihoyo decided to release boring gameplay instead. Granted, raiden is powerful and pretty versatile, but she's not flashy nor fast paced.

@@VrtielA6300 well, physical is apparently not by any means competitive according to the wise ones it seems. but you should be able to clear anything with a good build adn team and Eula is good in her niche. In my opinion.

The healing bonus circlet part was just to demonstrate synergy with Furina's incoming healing bonus buffs with regards to her BoL and self-heal mechanic
Also, no one hates Zhongli? Although it is true that he does not provide direct damage increase, he is the undisputed comfort pick which for other people, translates to a better clear.
bring a healer like kuki instead of shielder as she heals and grants bond of life for clorinde in night vigil state.

I would like to mention Dehya in Chevreuse team is pretty comfy. Thoma's shield can be broken, but Dehya's hyperarmor can't. Her skill is 20s CD so I recommend using Sac Sword (ideally R5), this will reduce max rotation time to 18s.

Got Clorinde when trying to get sethos with my first 10 pull in months at 35 pitty, my 50/50 guarantee was for Murata but oh well, I also noticed that Clorinde is a bit bettter than Keqing (like almost every new character) but also has more sinergy with allies and is also fun to play, I still like more the Keqing playstyle.
Well, the good news is that to play Clorinde I just used Keqing artifacts on her and we just have to level up 2 talents instead of all 3

@@f2pkeqingMy bad I forgot that a Overcharged Ball, was needed. Raiden kinda spoiled me here. Raiden E -> Chevy Q hE rest is kinda more comfortable and as you generally always want to start with Raidens E in most teams I forgot. I think it would still make sense to use chevreuse Q hE first for the second rotation as she would already have an overcharged ball. However I'm not sure if the timing fits. Although it might not make much of a difference in this team.
Man, i was on the fence about Clorinde and actually going to pull in a few days but after your warning about interruption resistance i guess i'll stay away.
Personally, I've found a taser team with Furina, Yelan/Xingqiu, and Jean was great with Clorinde in the first half of this abyss cycle. Keqing could keep her standard aggravate team in this way for use in the second half.
I tried with Furina, Kazuha and Fischil, is pretty good too
Clorinde / Beidou / Xiangling / Chevreuse, with the potential to swap Xiangling for the Pyro Archon when she releases and if HYV does her kit as an Offielder
I know your channel is focused on Keqing but sometimes I just wish you make more guides for other characters.

im currently experiment with clo+furi+yun+yelan, but its not really comfy with furi hp consumption. i still think it is a good team if i ever gonna do the abyss with keq and clo
from my experience playing clorinde, beidou and fischl perform more or less the same in her teams. however, beidou has the added utility of giving some shielding and damage reduction so I usually just go with beidou over fischl. slotting in beidou allows me to use her without feeling that shes replaceable while also freeing up fischl for another aggravate team on the other side like say yae or keqing. maybe yall fischls are so broken that she outdamages your 5 star on field electro carries, but from what Ive tested, fischl is definitely not as much of a must have on clorindes teams than she is in a yae or keqing team.
or just use both Fischl and Beidou, i got the fastest clear time on 3 Maguu kenki that way, my aggravate + kazuha yields similar result with quickbloom, tripple electro is 5 seconds faster, and Beidou only need 120% ER on both quickbloom if she replaces fischl or tripple electro, so you can go crazy with her build, I'll probably upload the vid on my 2nd channel later

Pretty much, yeah. Its already inconsistent based on my 150ish ping. Often when she makes the 3rd shot the bol is not 100% yet (but i still lunge anyways). Me playing on pretty crappy devices also doesnt help (typically around 30-45 fps)
i got pretty stupid lucky on this patches banner. i was originally going for sethos and got alhaitham in like 3 pulls, swapped over to chlor doing singles to try and get sethos off the 4 star pity, chlor comes home. then lost my mind and tried for her weapon. got a second lofi, then later absolution in around 70 pulls combined. then realized i forgot sethos and glittered more pulls until he came home.
i guess i got some team ideas to try out now. still no c6 sara though sadly.
The difference between them is that clorinde consumed all of my limited pulls

She has a cool playstyle. Definitely not better than Keqing in terms of damage though. Your last 2 videos show this.
I think you’re discounting the fact that she has body punch through on her normals with very good range. In multi-target scenarios, she’s noticeably more user friendly. Positioning matters in a difference sense from Keqing. You may need to place her in the right position so the enemies are on top of each other, but Clorinde does it so much more easily with bulky enemies.
I like both but I prefer the style of Clorinde bec she can heal her self and is more dynamic when it comes to Team Combinations

I hope you can cook some quickbloom teams for her. I want to use Furina with her but Idk what healer to use... If I use Baizhu I lose on Nahida's great... everything. If I use a Hydro healer I'm not running Furina, and if I run Kuki I'm not running Fischl, and single-characters heals aren't great with Furina

I have R5 Lion, R5 Black Sword and R5 Finale, but usually Lion for Keqing so only Black Sword or Finale for Clorinde
Since Black sword scale with normal attack, so between foliar and lion roar(plus extra heal=faster bol stack)

Keqing cons don't matter and provide marginal at best dps increases so don't let that influence your decision making. If you like Clorinde's playstyle and don't care for the quickswap playstyle, you'll probably have better results with her than Keqing. She can use TF just like Keqing though it isn't her BiS, it's a perfectly serviceable substitute until you grind up the BoL artifacts.

Clorinde is a lot of fun to play, whatever skill they throw at you, all you have to do is dodge it with a dash.

I've heard the threshold is at 200 ping, it will cause a slight delay in her BoL which will negatively impact the dmg of her E N3 combo. I'm not sure, but I think it's not as bad as 4p echoes (I think echoes requires 60 ping or less to really work) ? But anyway I'd still recommend to test her before pulling, that way you can see for yourself how impactful this issue may be for you

Not as strict since you can add a very small delay between your 3rd shot and lunge so that the server can detect the BoL change. Normally you can get 6 level 2 lunges, but this style of playing only gets you 4-5 at most - but you can somewhat mitigate the BoL stacking by having your Healer help build her BoL through her E skill's passive conversion.
@youraverageguy4930 oic. Personally, after i watched this video I wanted to build some atk speed on her like Yun Jin + maybe skyward blade and just use her to drive fishcl procs. Then i wouldn't have to worry about my 120~133 ping.

I use 4PC TF and would prefer to use burst first before skill and feel more smooth and easy to play with her

Clorinde gameplay is what i was asked for the electro archon. Flashy, fast paced, and fun to play. But...mihoyo decided to release boring gameplay instead. Granted, raiden is powerful and pretty versatile, but she's not flashy nor fast paced.
