Globalization starts with RESPECTING the rights and lives of all citizens in each country using the nation state to trade amongst the nations of the world and the reward for each country must lie in the countries people and how hard they worked but the people must get back more money so we can have children build families so we can grow more workers thats why its imperative for children to grow into a society that accepts them without prejudice where people can flourish and be creative
To think about improving/much betterness advantage of globalization to reduce/wipe its disadvantages is depends on the hands of all man.If everyone reach 100% of goodness in every angle then there is say equally, perfect or balance.Globalization is not a founder of man but it's the man who found and form.

Starting from this assumption the only reasonable way of thinking in this case is an utilitarian way of thinking, so the only right question is: globalization is bringing more benefit than disadvantages to the majority of people? If yes, what could we able to do to improve its advantages and reduce its disadvantage more and more? All the rest is chatter and noisance
Having just a mobile which is a tool doesn't mean it is global. Every nation have land, trees, animals in their own country. So, it means everything was global at first place. Every nation have same things. Actually people didn't do anything, just brought more chaos in world.
