- Learn 2 ways of doing Neurographic art for anxiety and stress release, plus a couple of watercolour techniques. The watercolour part is optional.
Neurographic art allows the brain to process information by transforming anxious thoughts into something we have control over and stops them from being overwhelming.
In this practice I am working on an A4 size paper, but it can be done as little as you’d like to make it even more achievable.

Nice but the music is very distracting and your voice is quiet. Hard to concentrate or meditate on drawing..
